I would like to write couple words regarding exceptional customer service support .

I have ordered “ What is something goes wrong” from Dr. Tim Pearce.
Unfortunately, there is a transaction error occurred while placing order resulting in overpayment.
I have emailed Customer Service department at Dr. Tim LTD to inform about overpayment incident.
I was completely impressed how quick I have received the response from CS representative, informing me that actions were already taken to resolve the issue.

Thank you Edwin for handling the situation promptly and professionally.

BEWARE. Get a $20 product & suddenly they keep your card & automatically enroll you in a membership for $130 a month!!!

No response to emails. Unable to cancel my membership. Materials are basic and not worth the money to an experienced injector.

OK stop right there and listen! I am a Nurse Injector from the US that discovered Dr. Tim Pearce a year ago. I first bought his Lip 3D Course and was obsessed, including the video with Julie Horne. I loved his teaching style, his analogies, and his trainings are packed with theory, demonstrations, and visuals. Included is the ProInjector community where you can collaborate with like-minded individuals. I next bought the Anatomy 360 Course and was blown away at how amazing the teachings were. It covered every style of learning possible (visual, tactile, reading). It was indepth and you can rewatch videos as long as you need to. I have also purchased the Protox Course. His style of teaching resonated with me in how he explained exactly what he was doing with incredible visuals. I just purchased the Complications course to round out my purpose of being a SAFE injector. One cannot inject without being able to be proactive with learning anatomy and understanding what potentially could happen and being prepared! I am anxiously awaiting the full face filler course coming out in April 2025. It is like working out, you will never regret a good workout. You will never regret working out your mind with Tim Pearce's courses. Icing on the cake is Technique Tuesdays. This is where you can set aside 1 hour to get on a live conference call with others to watch a new technique and ask questions directly to Dr. Tim. He is like no other! Cheers!

I purchased the 8d lip course. I must say this course was an absolute game changer. I have been looking for the right trainer for a long time, this course has changed everything I do with aesthetics for the better. I will only be signing up to Dr. Tims courses, his teaching is so clear and thorough you leave feeling confident and ready, rather than confused and more stressed out like other courses!
Thank you so much to Dr. Tim and his team for working to spread the knowledge, you guys are amazing.

Ik moet nog beginnen met mijn cursus. Heb er superveel zin in! Lieve Jo heeft met het betalen en het uitzoeken van de cursus zo goed geholpen. Zij nam de tijd en beantwoorden al mijn 1000 vragen lol. Voor nu ben ik al tevreden. Na het afronden van mijn cursus zal ik met liefde nog een review plaatsen.

I believe the online program is really handy. There are a lot of illustrative pictures and it is quite handy. The videos are well pictured and the summaries are well documented ! had fun and great education.

I like how thorough, and easy to understand Dr. Tim is.
He is also so organized. I enjoy watching all his content.

Not tailored to US customer base even though I entered United States. Grammar, spelling and emergency numbers had to be edited.

Great educational experience!

I initially ran into a few hurdles with my course access, and the customer service was not very responsive. But after the somewhat rocky start the team went above and beyond to make things right. Their customer support was incredibly responsive, and their genuine apology and quick resolution really impressed me. Now that I’ve been able to dive into the material, I can say the course content is engaging, well-structured, and truly valuable for anyone looking to level up in their business. I’m grateful for how professionally everything was handled in the end, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking top-quality resources and excellent support.

In the summer I signed up for a course with Tim's company.
It sounded amazing. Just what I needed to support my work. Within the course there was physical materials that were to be sent to support the online course.
Due date for the course, I still hadn't received materials. I contacted the company via their email and received no response. I contacted them several times by phone or email. There was never a response via email, on the phone I simply was given the message that someone would call me back. This has never happened.
Two months passed the course start date passed several classes passed all of which I was unable to engage with as I the supporting materials were not available to me.
Still no response from the company.
Last resort I contacted my bank and set up a dispute. One month later I received an email from Tim's company informing me the materials were delivered to a "blue bin". I replied "not my blue bin, it's not accessible to deliveries". I have never had a response back.
The company are still taking my payments. The last one of which failed due to my bank querying the payment.
Sure enough I soon heard from the company (Alex) to inform me a payment had failed.
I have discussed with Alex why this payment failed (of which I will say has now been paid).
Alex has spoken to me twice saying someone will be in touch. 1 month on, Tim has all my money. I have no course or supplies. I have had no communication from this company apart from Alex reassuring me someone WILL be in touch.
Please give me my money back.

I recently completed Dr. Tim Pearce’s 8D Lip Design course and was very impressed. The content was clear, practical, and easy to follow. It gave me the confidence to perform 8D lip design on my clients. The lifetime access to the materials is a great bonus. Highly recommend this course to anyone in aesthetics!

This course is excellent, Miranda is an amazing presenter who demonstrates great enthusiasm through her animated style and approach. The amount of content within this course is unreal, everything that you would want to be covered is and this, along with Miranda’s teaching style leaves you inspired and desperate to apply the methods to your own social media.

Amazing, thorough content covering all aspects of neurotoxins and dermal fillers

As a novice injector this course made me feel much more confident in injection placement/technique

I'm still working through the videos, I really enjoy his thoroughness and expertise in this field.
