I have used this company several times now. I find their products reasonable priced with a good selection. Ordering is easy and the delivery is quite quick and hassle free. Very happy to shop there again

The bag was as described and delivered on time. The person I spoke to prior to purchasing it got one and measured it for me as there were no dimensions on the Web page. A great service with excellent customer relations.

Easy Ordering and payment but extortionate delivery charges
Easy Ordering and payment. Delivery within 3 days of order. Paid £18 for delivery to mainland UK address, IV31 - Lossiemouth, but was charged Highlands and Islands rate even though Lossiemouth is in GRAMPIAN region. Have reported deivery firm and DS Medical to Local MSP who is compiling list of companies that are exploiting customers with Highlands postcodes but are on mainland.

Fast and reliable
Ordered at 1425 Wednesday, was on my front door step at 1125 the next day. The communication was great, good product and at a reasonable price.
I don’t usually write reviews but credit where credits due.

Good supplier. Pity about the courier.
Simple to use website - easy ordering. Goods were well packaged and being AED pads had a decent shelf life (>2 years). This is important because if they don't get used they're effectively a waste of money. ==> 5 stars
It's a pity that they used Duplicitous Pathetic Deliveries as the courier. The notification on January 4th said delivery would be on the 5th, so I took a day off work FOR NO PURPOSE because DPD in their ineffable wisdom decided that they would deliver on the 6th WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION and despite being told in writing in my instructions on their website that the door opened outwards, left the package In front of the door!! DUHHHH!!!!!!!!!
