Complicated to fit. We ended up having to buy a new toilet because the washloo seat requires a flat surface, but our toilet had a slightly curved edge.
Washing is good, but drying takes a long time.

We were looking on line for bidet toilets, with lots of companies it can be daunting. We found the Washloo website gave far more detail than most about trap specifications and water pressure requirements etc. Having narrowed it down we got in touch, the advice and the customer services provided were excellent. Although we had wanted a complete toilet it wasn't easily possible so we went for the seats. They are great quality. I don't know how we ever put up with not having them. With one toilet yet to convert we will make the necessary changes and have a complete toilet fitted. If we have to use a normal loo it just seems awful, you are nowhere near as clean and fresh

looked at loads of different companies to get my smart loo from and i mean loads . After getting it down to to companies, and speaking to Washloo on the phone to ask a few question i had . I decided to go with them and i am glad i did . They have been super helpful on the phone , and delivery was very very quick. one of the Main reasons i went with them is Because they have ISO 9001 quality standard . As i was an Engineer yrs ago i know what it takes to get this Quality Awarded . I am just about to fit toilet , the Quality seems excellent .

Washloo provided some excellent pre purchase advice on the fit of the unit onto an existing toilet which proved accurate. Delivery was prompt and the fitting was relatively easy except for getting an up to regulation electrical supply into the bathroom. I'm leaving this to an electrian to deal with, hopefully very soon.

Delivered when we needed it, Bathroom fitters fitted it with no problems - does what it says it does. only minor thought frier a bit hot and does not fully dry - needs more air volume.

I bought a toilet bidet from a different company, installed it and used it. The primary function of these "devices" is to clean after defecation and leave you refreshed without the need for toilet paper. That one was a disaster and never done what it was supposed to do. After chatting with Karen at Washloo, I bought a Washloo Ultra DR and have been using it now for two months and what a difference! it is efficient fuss-free, reliable and very easy to use. The customer service I received from Washloo via Karen was second to none to the extent that they have adjusted the product specs according to my request and in keeping with the water pressure at home. I highly recommend the product and the company

Excellent Customer Service

Have had the Washloo Ultra DR since 2020 without any problem so far. A few days ago a small plastic cover that sits over the water jets split slightly and popped out when being cleaned. I spoke to Oliver who confirmed that the unit could still be used normally as the cover was mainly for aesthetic purposes; he added that they would post a replacement and I would only need to pay the postage. One hour later he advised that it was posted pm Friday and it arrived via Royal Mail at 16.00 today - Sunday. it was sent by Karen who kindly included a replacement cover for the dryer function which is still ok anyway. Washloo are a customer-friendly, quality company. Thank you Oliver and Karen

The installation of a Japanese toilet will puzzle some plumbers. Dealing with a UK based brand has been very helpful. They answered queries quickly. The product is excellent.
