I've had Daryl from DTec do two installations in my truck. I'm really appreciative of the care he took when installing the dash cam and accessory and the level of detail he took to make sure things were installed the right way. He is in demand due to his quality work, so make sure to book in advance!

I have had a good experience from the very beginning until the very last second. Good customer service, prompt response and fast delivery. Darryl did a amazing job, qualitative and professional. I am happy that I chose this company to have my dashcam installed.

Excellent dash cam installation service done by Darryl. Arrived on time, and completed an extremely thorough job of installing the dash cam, improving the wiring work that has been previously done badly by other installers. Would recommend them every time as best installers I have ever used.

Got my Dashcam installed by Mo in their Romford location. Did an amazing job and hid the cabling perfectly. Couldn’t be happier with the service.

I wanted a fit a dash cam in my PHV car so I have called 3 times last week to book an appointment and know the process. A Robot type person answers the phone he is kind of human Robot and only answers I don’t know anything and I can’t help
You more than that so I will ask Emily to call you back . So now who is Emily never calls back . How they have got all good reviews in here with very bad customer service. I don’t like that Robot person answering phone he is kind of insulting you because he is taking your call and he needs to talk you you.Think twice what will be after installation service when you can’t talk to them or they will ignore you. Service is very expensive anyway on top of them you can’t even talk to them.

I had a front and rear facing cctv TfL approved system fitted in my taxi. I’m delighted the work that was done. Darryl was the technician who carried out the work. Darryl was a very friendly and efficient technician. His work was excellent and very tidy. It was also very good value for money. He explained the system to me in a way that I understood. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dtec to anyone considering getting a Dashcam or cctv system in their vehicle.

I’m really pleased for my TfL approved dash cam. Highly recommended. Very professional top notch work done by Darryl.

While I originally had a time slot booked at Tower Hamlets Dtec needed to change this but as it was getting late and traffic was bad Darryl came to me on his way home without additional cost. The installation has been done to a very high standard especially as this was done in the cold, dark and drizzly evening! Darryl talked me through what he had done and advice for a trouble-free operation. I have checked this during the day and it really is well done.

I had a dash cam fitted by Darryl on the 28th September in The Tower of London and he very briefly told me how I could connect it to Wi-Fi and view back footage via my iPhone which was great news. After he left it transpired that the model he had fitted was not Wi-Fi enabled but he assured me he’d order another model and return and fit. I sent a text on the 11th Oct and again on the 5th Dec asking when he would return to fit the new camera. It is now the 19th Dec, nearly 12 weeks later and still nothing. Very poor customer service and very disappointed particularly after I’d gone out of my way to give him a private tour of our Crown Jewels here within The Tower.

Very poor customer service (phone interaction).

Called them twice , they said they are busy and cannot speak but would call me back however 2 days have passed and I received no return call from them.

Very unprofessional.

The owner should invest in staff phone training.

Darryl knows what he is doing and comes with professional tool kits. He installed the dash cams that I bought myself(70mai A800s+ rear cam) without any problem. Will recommend to anyone who needs to install a dash cam.
