I’m a loyal customer of Dubarry not only because of the incredible quality of the clothing, but because they have customer service to match.
Penny at the warehouse was so incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to reroute my package to make I sure it arrived in time for my mom’s birthday. Well made clothing and such kind personal service—- both of which are all too rare these days. Thanks Penny!

I purchased my first pair of Dubarry boots online and noticed a tear in one of them. I wasn’t sure how it had happened so, returned them, having spoken to Amber via email, in the return’s department. The customer service was just fab & after further testing & examination a new pair of replacement boots has just arrived today. I’m so pleased with them and will definitely buy more things from Dubarry in the future (I have my eye on a new shooting jacket!).

I had a lost stud on my Dubarry jacket. Dubarry sent a pre paid email for postage, kept me updated at all times and notified me of its return paid for also by Dubarry. It arrived boxed and with a Dubarry coat hanger.
Dubarry’s service was beyond expectations.

Bought a pair of Tipperary boots as my back up to the Galway ones. Very disappointed to learn they do not have a pull finger tab inside making them so difficult to get on. Anyone who has a boot like this knows how difficult they would be to put on without a finger pull. They said that they will not look to add as they are being discontinued however I notice on some of the other ranges they also do not have them. Dubarry suggested i buy a boot jack, however this is only to take a boot off not put it on so I am unsure they really understood the issue. I am keeping though and will add a finger pull from a really old pair I am throwing away, just disappointed that such an expensive boot has such an easily fixable design floor.

I bought my Dubarry Galway boots in 2006. They are phenomenal. They’ve gone for 16years with no issues until just now, when the soles have now come away. I will definitely be getting them repaired. I have looked after them very well with Dubarry products, which I feel helps. I live in the sticks on a smallholding and I honestly couldn’t be without them. For the wear they’ve had over all these years, it was money well spent in my opinion.

When I was looking to purchase the boots in January, I was able to get super helpful advice about style and fit.
Having ordered the boots, they were delivered within days and are absolutely perfect, beautiful style and incredible quality and so comfortable
Last week I emailed the company as I was having a problem with the zip. Amber dealt with my problem in an efficient and pleasant way. She arranged for me to return my boots and they were inspected on the day they arrived and a new pair was delivered to me within 48 hours.
I cannot recommend Dubarry enough. Exceptional product and excellent customer service

Men’s Laois ankle boots: Unfortunately I couldn’t be more disappointed in these boots and Dubarry customer services. These boots discoloured after one clean following dubarrys boot care advice and a lace buckle has since come off with minimal wear. In liaising with customer services, the response was ‘that this shouldn’t happen,’ with which we agreed and one would assume that this is obvious! No further solution was given. Will sadly think twice now about purchasing more and recommending Dubarry having always previously had a positive experience. :(

I shouldn't have purchased a pair of boots without a zip! Absolutely love the boots, the style, the fit and the quality (except the zip). Just over a year old and out of warranty the zip fails. For such an expensive boot this is so disappointing, returned to dubarry and they are unable to do anything as the warranty has expired and apparently I haven't looked after them, which I most certainly have. Very disappointing customer service and product. Avoid buying a dubarry boot with a zip on.

Ik heb mijn dubarry Outlook laarzen nu 5 jaar maar draag ze slechts een enkele keer per jaar. Ze zien er dan ook nog perfect uit .alleen de zool is helemaal losgelaten , gewoon verpulverd, hebben getracht dit ,zelf te lijmen maar dat lukte niet omdat de delen verpulverd zijn. Als dit laarzen van een paar tientjes zouden zijn geweest begrijp ik het wel maar bij deze laarzen mag dit toch niet gebeuren. Heb er geen goed woord voor over, koop ze nooit meer!
While in Dublin, I visited the DuBarry store as my Galway boots, which I thought were 7 years old were actually 12 years old and the side of the soles were crumbling. The manager went above and beyond to help me, called her repair expert and told us pros and cons of repairs and how we may not like what boots would look like. I decided to buy a new pair and she gave us a lovely discount. All the young women in the store made it so much fun for us and we will definitely visit again this year!

Excellent customer service received from Penny at Dubarry. Exceptionally helpful and very quick to respond to my queries. Would highly recommend the company to all and wouldnt hesitate to order from them again.

I ordered the wrong product one evening, realised at 7am next morning I had made a mistake. Before 0905 hrs I had an email from Dubarry which cancelled the order, promising a refund. The refund was in my account by lunchtime! Great service for me to order the correct pair of ankle boots - which arrived the following day! A great experience, and, of course, it makes me want to shop from Dubarry again. I hope the quality has stayed good; previous boots have lasted 15 years!

Over the last few years I have purchased ten pairs of ladies honeysuckle jeans in all colours. I approached Dubarry explaining that, “All the stitching on the left side of the right, rear pockets appear to undo and cause a split. I’ve tried to repair one pair but it hasn’t worked and I’m worried that all my other pairs are going to go the same way. Some are a few years old and several pairs are relatively new. I’m not after my money back but I do need some help so that I can keep wearing them.” After photographing the jeans as requested I finally received a message back from Amber in Customer Services stating the following: “ Unfortunately we are unable to advise any further in regards to your query as this is not something we have seen before in this product. This could potentially be wear pattern as this is happening in the same place each time, perhaps a phone in the back pocket with a case or something similar could be agitating this pocket seam.” This person made an assumption about my putting a phone in my back pocket! I’m a mature woman who uses a handbag! I’ve never done anything of the sort, and guess what? The last pair have also just torn in exactly the same place! Appalling customer support, more interested in blaming the customer than anything else. I had just hoped that they might find a way to stitch them so that I could keep wearing them. Not once did I ask for a replacement. Given that on average each pair was about £85-90 per pair, I’ve spent a significant amount of money with Dubarry c£800+. Never again. Oddly enough I found some great jeans recently at half the price at Lands End.

After 11 years of wear, one of my boots staring rubbing painfully on my ankle/heel. Dubarry were amazing; they arranged for collection and had the boots serviced and returned and I'm able to wear them comfortably again!

I had purchased a pair of ladies Galaway boots several years ago. Unfortunately they were no longer under warranty. The boots were worn very little, more for special outings, so very little wear. A couple of days ago when I was wearing the boots the sole and foot bed separated approximately 1/3 of the length of the sole. I decided to contact Dubarry for solutions for repair. The best offer they would make is sell me another pair less 20%. They did not stand behind their faulty product, would not replace the soles in order for me to have the repairs done in Canada. Claimed that there were specialized people needing specialized tools to complete the repair, only in the Netherlands! In other words, there is no one in Canada with the capabilities in the shoe repair sector to do the resoling. As well, stated in their correspondence, having the boots sent to them and returned to my address for repair would be too costly etc. Long and short, very dissatisfied with their handling of this matter. Would not recommend or purchase from DuBarry again as they will not stand behind their product.

Zeer slechte service. Hoge laarzen pas 3 jaar oud en de zolen verpulveren. Niet meer te gebruiken. Gekocht op Landleven beurs. Dubarry zegt:" eigen schuld, dikke bult"! Zeer kwalijk.

We had some problems with the fit (on line ordering not the product) but I have to say that the team at Dubarry were magnificent, special credit to Amber for a personal and super efficient service.
The boots themselves are built to last and have that special look.
