Bought a Verimatic watch and it is an awesome timepiece, even more so in person rather than what transpires through the pictures or some videos available online.

In itself, the watch would be all that really matters, but I would be remiss if I did not mention the handwritten note by the company's owner, Mr Neil Duckworth, that accompanied the watch. It was a very nice and unexpected touch that made it feel acquiring such an item a lot more personal, like I was actually getting it from the actual person himself whose passion project was carefully shipped to me instead of it being just another online-based, impersonal transaction.

Furthermore, an additional nice touch was the inclusion of an extra suede strap that was not in my initial plans, but made the unboxing experience all the more memorable.

This sort of personal customer service should be the standard on how all smaller watch companies should operate by if they want to capture more people's attention and wallet.

To sum it up, all this is to say that I will not hesitate to buy another watch from Mr Duckworth and his team should the opportunity come.

Very happy with the service from Neil. There was a slight delay on the grey suede strap I ordered, but Neil personally made up for it with a handwritten note in the mail - and he even threw in another green strap for me. The watch is beautiful, very well made, the customer service is first class - a bonus is that you are contacted personally by Neil Duckworth - the owner, I highly recommend.

I liked the watch design and the heritage behind the brand. The buying experience was very good and extremely personalized. I liked the packaging and the watch looks great. From the pictures I thought it comes with both leather strap and metal strap, but it came in with the leather strap only with an additional gift leather strap. The main strap looked blue in the pictures but the actual one seems very dark going in to black with green shades.

First and foremost, it's a great looking watch. Stays true to the original heritage classic design. Pricing is ver reasonable, making it easy to give the brand a try. The watch arrived in Bangkok in record time with a much appreciated hand written note from the owner. The icing on the cake was the fastest customer support I know in the industry. I have a small wrist so the strap included was too big but that was sorted in the quickest of time. Overall makes for a very enjoyable watch owning experience. I look forward to seeing what they come up with in the future.
