I absolutely love my Duckworth Pretex Parker watch! The design is beautiful and classy – it’s quickly become my go-to piece for special occasions.

My only minor note is that it runs a bit smaller than I expected, so if you’re looking for a larger watch face, keep that in mind. However, the refined proportions actually add to its elegant aesthetic.

The packaging was excellent and really elevated the unboxing experience. What really impressed me was the personal note from the owner included with my order – that kind of attention to detail makes all the difference.

Aside from the magnificent watch, that is drawing attention everywhere I go, the customer experience was superb. This is not just Neil Duckworth's business. This is something he clearly cares deeply about and wants to share with his customers. Never did I expect to be chatting with him direct on his mobile phone about the watch I had ordered or the extra special care he put into my order. Fast. Fantastic presentation. Personal touch. Covered duties, taxes and tariffs. DDP - Delivery Duty Paid. So I don’t have to deal with them. Other companies should take notice. I didn’t expect such a great unboxing experience for a watch in this price range. I hope to buy more from Duckworth Prestex in the future. Neil appears to be a class act. Highly recommend.

Not only do they make beautiful watches, their service is superb. Neil is always available to answer any questions you may have and delivery is punctual and without drama. Also proactive in dealing with their customers and as for the watches, beautifully crafted. Have 4 of then and never had an issue.
