Urgent dumpster need perfectly met

We found ourselves in an unexpected and immediate need of a dumpster for a July 4th community event being held in a public park. After calling several other companies who couldn't help us, the folks at Dumpsters.com came through for us perfectly. We had exactly what we needed delivered to us in just a few hours, ensuring the proper cleanup after the event. Highly recommend and will definitely be using again for future needs.

We had a job in the Austin Area and…

We had a job in the Austin Area and needed a 30YRD Rolloff and I found Dumpsters.com online, called them and spoke with Ryan Rooney and he was awesome and very helpful. We will definitely be using them again next time we are in the Austin Area.

Excellent Customer Service!

From start to finish, Budget Dumpsters provided excellent customer service! They were professional and extremely helpful.

I had to use their services under stressful circumstances and Lydia’s kindness and patience while answering all of my questions was greatly appreciated.

In addition, the timeframe to receive the dumpster was much quicker than I expected and their online service dashboard made accessing information and scheduling the return/pick up super easy!

They gave me a great price for the…

They gave me a great price for the first rental, second rental they over priced the dumpster by 500$. I should of said no. Then they were supposed to pickup the dumpster on Monday. After 3 rainfalls they picked up the dumpster on Friday. The rain made my dumpster over weighed. Now the guy Adam who was my account rep will not respond to my messages. They charged me 500$ for an over weighed dumpster after they refused to pickup the dumpster for a week and allowed the rain to fill my dumpster. So long story short I paid 1000$ for a 15 yard dumpster filled with insulation and sheetrock. Adam will not return my calls. So help me god of i ever see anyone that works for that crap.company there will be a fight. You have been warned

2 days late with no updates

We had a delivery scheduled between 6am-6pm on a Tuesday, and when the dumpster wasn't delivered on the scheduled day, we reached out to get an update. We didn't hear back from our sales rep so I called the office twice the next day and both times they weren't able to give me any update or reason for why the dumpster was delayed, resulting in a delay for our project. By the third call, I was told it would be delivered on the third day but couldn't trust that it would actually show up after the poor communication. Discounts and apologies were offered, but the lack of communication was a deal breaker as our project is now 2 days behind schedule.

Great Service!

Our dumpster was delivered on time and in the correct location. Company representatives communicated clearly and were always available to answer question and keep us informed.

Very easy to use

Very easy to use, helpful clear website and people. Literally my only issue was a mix up on the pick up date. But I called and they got it taken care of, it just took a couple of days for the local company to get on it. But the Dumpsters.com people were fantastic. I would recommend highly.

I have used them for a while!

I have been using these people for a few years with my little 2 yard Dumpster and just had them drop off a 30 yard for some clean up. I'm pleased with how both dumpsters are handled. Easy to get easy to pickup and great people to deal with.

Quick and easy to work with…

Our Company works with TJ Stewart from Dumpsters.com, and he always makes sure our Dumpsters are on time and can get communications faster to dispatch than I ever could. Asphalt damaged when dumpster dragged 17 feet

The area that the Dumpster was placed could have and did do serious damage to the asphalt. As residental customer we did not know that this was a risk placing the dumpster. When they picked up the dumpster an approximate 4 foot by 4 foot area in the asphalt buckled as the dumpster was dragged approximately 17 feet creating a major pothole in our driveway. Customer beware - if it isn't a good place to put a dumpster, they will put it there anyway, not advise you that it isn't a good spot then tell you too bad that Company is not responsible for any damage per the contract if it causes damage. The damage to the asphalt when it buckled under the weight when it was dragged far exceeds the cost of the rental.

Terrible Customer Service

Dumpsters.com has a terrible business model that leads to costs being much higher than expected. I live in a busy city and scheduled for a dumpster deliver so that I could clear the street for the truck to get in. I told them specifically not to come super early in the morning, because the street would be full of parked cars. They came 5 hours before the scheduled delivery time and could not complete attempt. It is a scam to get me to pay more for the "failed attempt". This happened 2 times and customer service was super slow and very unhelpful. Find a local place that does the delivery instead of using Dumpsters.com.

"Stealing" my money from my credit card.

I am so disappointed at them. Looking through the window, the driver was going around and around our street. I came up to him and told him what was the problem? He said I will go around the street again to come from the other angle; I said OK, but you are perfectly fine to drop the dumpster; it will be right in my property even if you don't enter my property. He said: No I will come from another angle. Waiting for him to come back (our street has two entrance or exits), he never showed up. Two days ago had snowed, but the roads were very clean. I called "the customer service" and a girl (from the voice she sounded very young). I told her that the driver lied to us and never came back. She told me that your property was not cleaned. There was barely 0.05in in the ground. I replied that it was a clean area and as a matter of fact, the driver did not have to enter my place; he could have dropped it very easy just by staying at the street and if that was the case why the driver did not tell us? She was extremely rude. I asked for a supervisor...she said I am the supervisor. They took $157.00 form my credit card. I told her this is stealing my money. She did not care.

TJ is great

TJ introduced me to the enterprise account and has been awesome about helping me keep track and schedule all of the dumpsters we order at my place of business. He's quick to respond to my requests and goes above and beyond to make sure my preferences are met.

I would NOT recommend Dumpster.com

I would NOT recommend Dumpster.com! I was mislead on drop off time, costing me an additional $630 to pay for labor and equipment to remain on site. I called for the dumpster to be picked up on the 3 day, to which they let it remain on site trying to charge me an additional $25 a day x10! The dumpster remained on site for 2 weeks! Customer service was horrible, the individual who was my "account manager" Dustin, could never be reached and had a real piss poor way of handling things, basically when informed them that I was mislead, Dustin said I'll listen to the call and give a discount on your next rental, I let them know I'll never use Dumpster.com & Dustin response was why should I bother listening to the call then? We'll Dustin it's called Customer satisfaction and making sure you're employees don't mislead customers costing them an additional $630 that was not in the budget! I highly suggest you call your local waste management in your area and beat out the middle guy who will only screw you"dumpster.com"
