November 2024 - I had a dumpster delivered in Kansas City. Delivery and pickup were on time with no hassles.
The dumpster was clean and in good condition. I called to make the arrangements and the agent was helpful and easy to work with. The cost for the service was reasonable. I have already recommended Dumpsters.com to several people.

Thumbs up . The individuals who dropped and picked up the dumpster were amazingly helpful and went out of their way to place the dumpster where it was most advantageous for us, though more difficult for the drivers.

I knew we were in great hands when agent Joe answered my call. Within just a few minutes, he put my mind at ease, assuring me that the dumpster we desperately needed would be delivered the next day, right on time for our technicians!
Joe took the time to understand our business needs and then connected us with account manager Meredith, who has been fantastic to work with. A big thank you to Joe, Meredith, and Bryce for their outstanding service! I’m looking forward to collaborating with you all again soon!

Danny made the process easy and he was very professional and thorough. The whole process was great. They came on time and delivered the dumpster on boards so it would not stain my driveway. They picked it up promptly when promised. The experience was top notch and professional.

Very pleased with the customer service and pricing. Delivery was on time and I received a courtesy call prior to to the driver arriving. Conner, my account rep was very responsive. Will definitely use this company again.
