Dundies is an Australian pet health and hygiene brand created to help pets live happier, healthier lives — and help their humans enjoy more cuddles and less mess. Dundies began with our founder Emily and her bulldog, Sophie, who was born with spina bifida and is incontinent. When traditional solutions weren't working for Sophie, Emily began creating reusable dog nappies designed specifically for the needs of dogs. What started as a solution for one very special dog has grown into a range supporting pets and their families across Australia and beyond. Today, Dundies is best known for our reusable dog nappies, including our All-In-One nappies, Snappie nappies and Belly Bands. Our range also includes washable puppy pads, whelping products and other practical pet hygiene solutions designed for puppies, senior dogs, incontinent dogs, dogs in season and pets living with disability or ongoing health needs. We have also expanded into pet health and wellbeing products, including our Red Light LED Therapy range and enrichment toys, with a focus on creating practical products that can support pets throughout different stages of their lives. At the heart of Dundies is a simple belief: a little extra care shouldn't stand between a pet and a full, loved life. Excellent communication
Excellent communication. There was a delay that was no fault of their own. They couldn't guarantee delivery date so sent me another express delivery and a part refund for my inconvenience. Things happen but it's how they are handled that makes all the difference. Thank you 100% despite the gremlins :)

I am still waiting for my exchange, there is no trace of the item been send out, no tracking number or email to confirm of where it is or tracking number . Need to advice this ASAP.

Elderly spoodle incontinence
I bought the full incontinence Dundies for our 16 year old spoodle. The quality of the fabric and design of the product is very high, comfortable to wear and worth every cent! We no longer have to constantly clean up accidents, which was putting so much stress on our family, and can enjoy spending time with our elderly spoodle.

Best Nappies for my Dog, Thanks Dundies!
I read the other reviews here and have to say I am surprised because my experience with Dundies is different to all of them. I was looking for nappies for my bulldog who has spinabiffida and came across Dundies on google. I have tried many different nappies over my dogs life but these ones are definitely better. They seem to have a different fabric on the outside, are more durable and seem superior. I use their all in one style for my dog and they hold alot of pee. I have shopped with Dundies several times over the years and although they are expensive they are worth it. They are the only nappies I use now. I emailed them before my first order a few years ago to get some help with picking the right size and understanding with tail hole and without options cause I had not seen that anywhere else before. They got back to me quickly and helped me pick the right size so I didn't need to return anything. I have 6 of their nappies now, I just went to buy another one but they are out of stock, they emailed me back when I asked to say they are restocking late October with the no tail hole option I need for my bulldog. When I was searching for the site to re order I saw this trustpilot page and it made me want to share my experience. If you need a nappy I recommend checking them out, I wasted a few hundred dollars on different nappies before I found this brand getting materials that were just crap and didn't do the job. Don't waste your time making that same mistake as me, myself and my dog are both very happy with our purchase.

I have purchased multiple dog nappies from Dundies over the years for my incontinent dog and will not hesitate to continue to deal with this amazing little Aussie company and purchase their products. I have found their customer service to be exceptional. On the odd occasion there has been a delay, but I was always kept informed and up to date with details and delivery status. Thank you Dundies for creating a unique product and your genuine care and compassion for our fur family members. Keep up the great work.

Dundies - Don't say you weren't warned!

Buyer beware! This is a sham business that survives on the hype of its own narcissistic self promotion. They will charge you a premium price in exchange for an inferior, unmerchantable or at best, a partly finished product and then ghost you when you send them images of their frequent manufacturing flaws and oversights. As for an exchange or refund, forget it since they don't believe in being a credible, accountable business and communicating with their customers. The Dundies batch I bought ended up costing me twice as much by the time I paid a seamstress to fix their mistakes after they ignored my messages and emails. The TV show, A Current Affair needs to chase these con artists off the internet once and for all. There's a good reason why they don't provide a physical address. Don't say you weren't warned!

We’re sorry to read this review and that you were unhappy with your experience with Dundies. We do, however, want to clarify some important context for anyone reading this review.
When you contacted us, we offered to exchange the nappy for the correct style or provide a refund in line with our returns process. Unfortunately, the nappy had already been cut/altered before it was returned to us, which meant we were no longer able to accept it back for an exchange or refund.
We understand how frustrating it can be to realise you've purchased the wrong style, which is why our team was happy to help arrange an exchange before the product was altered.
We’re disappointed that the experience ultimately left you feeling this way, but we do stand by the assistance that was offered and our requirement that products being returned are in their original condition.

Customer Service & Supply of Order
- No response to multiple requests (email /system / phone) for size support pre-order on 31/2 & 2/2/24
- Ordered 4 nappies & 2 belly bands online on 18/2/24
- Received 1 incorrect belly band & 2 nappies were too large so emailed & system messaged Dundies on 24/2/24 requesting correct item & coverage of return & re-issue postage costs
- Managed to speak to 'CEO & Founder' once on 1.2.24 who advised of lack of staff & promised a refund of the unused items for one of our dogs who had to be euthanized the following day
- I returned incorrect belly band & 2 unused nappies of wrong size on 2/2/24, requesting coverage of postage costs given incorrect item (& lack of size support promised on their website) was Dundies' responsibility
- No response received from CEO & Founder (despite Australia Post confirmation that the returned order had been received by Dundies on 6/3/24 & despite my follow up emails & texts to Dundies on 14/3/24 & 18/3/24) until CEO & Founder's system response on 21/3/24 confirming an incorrect credit amount
- Follow-up email sent to Dundies on 24/3/24 requesting resolution by 29/3/24
- Response by email received from Dundies on 15/4/24 when I was asked to advise what has come through on their system from our end. On 20/4/24 I provided a screen shot of the incorrect credit amount, & reiterated the request for the partial refund for items as agreed, an exchange of size for the items returned & coverage of postage costs for incorrect items supplied
- As at 19/5/24, I have yet to receive a response from Dundies to enable me to receive the rest of the order that I have paid for

This review relates to an order and customer service experience from early 2024. Customer care is now managed in-house by myself and our team, giving us much greater oversight of enquiries, returns and resolutions.
More than two years later, we don't want to speculate about the individual details of your order without being able to confidently identify the correspondence and transaction from the information available here. However, the communication delays you've described are not the standard we expect, and we're sorry that was your experience with Dundies.
We’re also very sorry to hear about the loss of your dog and recognise that dealing with an unresolved order at that time would have added further stress.

Absolutely disgrace of a business
Absolutely disgrace of a business. We purchased 2 custom pairs of nappies for our dog with spinal issues and they were active and vocal before they took our money. But since taking our money refuse to send the product or provide a refund - we are completely ignored. All emails, phone calls and messages go unanswered.
Emily did reply to an email once,
either lying about not getting the calls, or indirectly acknowledging that their contact details are incorrect (despite the voice mail saying it’s Dundies). Still, we know they are getting the emails yet they still ignore us.
Disgusting behaviour and very unprofessional and un-Australian.

We’re sorry for the experience you had with Dundies and, in particular, the lack of communication while you were waiting for your custom order.
At the time, we offered individually made custom nappies, which involved drafting patterns, cutting and sewing each order and could take approximately 3–4 weeks to produce. We recognise that our communication around custom-order timeframes and delays was not good enough.
We also experienced issues within our customer service processes during this period that were subsequently identified and addressed. Customer care is now managed in-house by myself and our team so that we have direct oversight of customer enquiries and resolutions.
We have since made the decision to discontinue custom nappies altogether, as we weren't able to produce them quickly enough to consistently provide the experience we wanted for our customers.
As this review relates to an order from early 2024, we don't want to speculate about the final resolution of your individual order without being able to confidently identify the transaction. However, we do acknowledge that you should have received clearer communication while waiting, and we're sorry that wasn't your experience.
