Quality bed and delivery service
Good customer service, good offers and easy to order. The delivery was quick and the delivery guys were helpful in taking the bed to the right room. Will be looking for a new bed ourselves next

No delivery, no communication
Was advised my bed divan would be delivered today between 2-5pm.
No delivery (it’s now nearly 9pm) no communication, customer services only work weekdays so no way of finding out what’s going on.
Dismantled my bed in anticipation of the delivery so going to have to sleep on a mattress on the floor until they deliver the divan base.
Really poor service. There’s no excuse for no communication.

We did experience some system issues yesterday, which have now been resolved. I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused, especially with trying to get through to us and arrange a suitable delivery date.
If you could please provide your order number, email address, or contact number, I’d be more than happy to look into this right away and help get your delivery arranged.
Just to explain, in some areas we only deliver once a week, which is why a specific date may have been allocated. That said, we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your needs.
