Excellent experience from start to finish. The communication was fast and professional, and the ring is absolutely beautiful with outstanding craftsmanship. It looks even better than the photos, and the quality exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Dvik Jewels and would happily buy from them again.

Bought my wife a birthday gift. Paid around $1650 for a necklace. It has been over 20 days since they processed and posted payment on my credit card, and while they can send me repeated videos of 'my necklace' they will not provide me a tracking number.

This after sending me 12 different emails, one of which was a request to confirm my date of birth....?

Avoid these people. Something is up. Dvik is either a credit card shell game, a fake/false product scam or an identity theft information ring.

Which normal 'jeweller' has time to email customers 12 different ways to Sunday, send you multiple pictures and videos of 'your necklace'......but after 20 days since purchase, still cannot put the necklace in a box and call UPS?

The diamond ring Parth and his team created was absolutely exquisite. The craftsmanship was exceptional, and the customer service was second to none. Parth kept me informed throughout every step of the process, and at my request, he even recommended a different diamond that would make the design stand out even more. He was absolutely right—it made all the difference.

We were under a tight deadline because my son decided to propose before he and his fiancée moved. Not only did Parth and his team complete the ring on time, they finished it nearly two weeks ahead of schedule!

Parth and his team went out of their way to design a custom, high-end engagement ring for us, and they completed it two weeks ahead of schedule. At no point did they try to upsell us. They offered recommendations only when we asked for them, which we greatly appreciated.
