My experience with DWP in Bournemouth has been exceptional, all thanks to the incredible support from Emily. She managed the entire leasing process with the highest level of efficiency and professionalism. What impressed me the most was her excellent communication and attention to detail. She explained every step clearly, followed up regularly, and made sure that all my requirements as a tenant were met perfectly. It is very clear that Emily takes great pride in her work and represents the company flawlessly. DWP is very lucky to have her on their team. Management should definitely recognize her hard work, and she deserves to be rewarded financially with a well-earned promotion or bonus. Five stars are not enough for the standard of service she provided!"

I cannot recommend Dave Wells based on my experience.
I repeatedly contacted Dave Wells after receiving multiple Parking Charge Notices for parking in my own allocated bay. From the outset, I explained that I had never received the alleged replacement permit and requested assistance in resolving the issue.
Rather than investigate the matter, Dave Wells repeatedly directed me back to their parking contractor and stated that the dispute was between myself and the parking company. Despite being notified of the problem at an early stage, they failed to take any meaningful ownership of the issue.
The matter ultimately escalated into County Court proceedings. Throughout the dispute, I maintained that I had never received the replacement permit and had never been notified that my existing permit had been invalidated.
Evidence later emerged of wider permit administration issues affecting other residents, including permits being issued incorrectly and permits containing incorrect bay allocations.
After months of unnecessary stress, correspondence, debt recovery activity, mediation and court proceedings, the dispute concluded with all Parking Charge Notices being cancelled and a correct permit being issued.
My concern is not simply the conduct of the parking company, but the fact that Dave Wells appeared unwilling to investigate or engage with a problem that was repeatedly brought to their attention. Had my concerns been properly addressed when first raised, a lengthy dispute could have been avoided entirely.
Based on my experience, I found the handling of resident concerns, contractor oversight and complaint resolution to be extremely disappointing.

DWP Housing Partnership helped me turn a very stressful situation into a safe, stable home. After a terrible experience in my previous accommodation — living with people I didn’t trust and feeling unsafe — moving into my new flat made a huge positive difference to my wellbeing.
The team were professional, responsive and caring throughout. Special thanks to Emily Walker for her fast replies, clear guidance and real kindness. She made the process simple and respectful.

The agent I dealt with(Emily)was brilliant. She kept good communications with me and resolved any issues quickly.
I have now been in the property over a month and any maintenance problems have been resolved almost straight away.

I had the pleasure of meeting lovely Emily, who helped me find a flat for me and my son. She was professional, friendly and very responsive to any queries that I had. From when I got in contact with DWP housing partnership to when I picked up the keys to the flat, the journey was nothing but smooth and stress free. I turned to DWP as I knew them from before and got registered very quickly. Adam Kille, of DWP Housing, has been looking after me from the beginning. He has been outstanding, far above what I expected, he really looked after me being attentive and very polite at all times. His advice was invaluable and now I'm a very happy tenent. Happy us an understatement! I can't stress enough how helpful, understanding and kind DWP Housing is. Colt was amazing and really took the time to ensure this property was the right fit for me. The standard is incredible and the pricing you really can't argue. I couldn't have had a better agent. Colt made sure I was fully informed and made this a seamless transition. I been happy with Dave wells for 4 years now but soon I get into a but a financial situation because my son was poorly so I couldn’t work they decided to course me stress and send me letter of notice the day of me calling up and trying to set up a good payment plan I hopeing sort the issue out but they not even understanding at all to my personal situation even after mr explaining and offering a payment plan I was crying on the phone and still got notice letter same day it really not great i understand I need to pay rent but they can see on my account I had genuine effort to pay bits of if and when I can… and they say to call and discuss the matter but all that did was land me with a notice a few hours after… I tried so hard to reason with them so when they say phone up and chat to us there is not chatting it just puts you in a more stressful situation it’s a shame because up till today I had nothing but good things to say about them

My friend told me about DWP Housing Partnership when I was homeless, living in temporary accommodation, and had been looking for a home for a long time. Everything happened very fast after that . I got approved and found a place to rent within two months.
Emily helped me with everything and explained all the steps very clearly and kindly. Thank you so much.
