I've live in a dwp property for almost 11 years these guys have always been good to me I've just had a painter sent in to do my celling and his name is Lewis he so bloody polite and lovely listen to you and very trustworthy they should be very proud of him well done Lewis great job 👏 can't wait to see it all done now thank u

Thanks to the lovely Michelle, the lettings team & their manager striving to find myself & my doggies a suitable home, I avoided being made street homeless by my previous landlord. It was a horribly stressful time and, at one point, I thought all hope was lost until Michelle, in the nick of time, found me my new flat. I had to wait a couple of months before I could move in as it was being completely renovated but it was so worth the wait as I now have a brand spanking new home - new kitchen, bathroom, flooring, boiler etc - it’s been beautifully done & impressively finished and it’s probably the nicest property I’ve ever rented. And the service is second to none; not just from Michelle but maintenance too. The day after I moved in, I noticed a leak under the sink and within 24hrs of reporting it to DWP Maintenance, the very friendly Dan showed up to fix it. Sorted! And to top it all off, the rent is incredibly affordable - just goes to show really that you do not need to pay rent through the nose to live in a lovely home!
I honestly couldn’t be happier or more grateful to DWP but especially Michelle who has been a godsend - thank you from me & the furbabies. We will always be in your debt!

First time renters with these guys & cannot fault them at all. Michelle. A was our go to point from registering with them to viewing a property & moving in. Every step of the way she kept us updated, always at the end of the phone if we had any Q's & a friendly proffesional approach. Totally takes the stress out of moving.

Totally discusged with DWP housing i haven't been able pay rent for few months due to fruad on my partners account i have just not paid just cant as takes halifax take 45 days to investigate. So can't pay rent as will not relzise money. I struggle badly with combat ptsd from army we both have sent proof of the banks issue. And that it's not just us not paying. They no my background with ptsd that I struggle with but turned up today say in 2 weeks there going to court to evict me and my partner but knowing I have issues never spoke to me about it just brought letter and went away leaving me in a state now we no why so many veterans are on the streets and with bad help I will no survive 💔

Michelle A was very helpful and lovely made the process from start to finish very stressfree and easy, I was over the moon when she rang me to arrange a viewing. Me and my 4 month old baby now have a place we can call home! Thank you Michelle

Very nice apartment as it was newly refurbished. Thanks to Emily walker as she was helpful all through our waiting time. Recommended DWP to my friends as they have got nice and relatively affordable apartments.

I feel I won the jackpot when DWP contacted me for a viewing, more so when I went for the viewing. Flat is in immaculate condition, modern and extremely clean. Surroundings are in perfect condition and it feels very peaceful. I have to give extra praise to Emily Walker at the office, explained everything patiently and any paperwork required or questions she will reply same day. Very friendly staff . Highly recommend, I am a very very happy tenant

The process of renting with Dave Wells was straight forward it only took 3 weeks to process my reference and I was offered my flat the next day. Emily was great at dealing with me.

I HAVE TRIED TO RENT BUT DO NOT HAVE A LANDLORD REFERENCE AS I MOVED INTO MY HUSBANDS HOUSE BUT THE TENANCY IS IN HIS EX WIFES NAME.
I AM 60 YRS OLD AND CAN PROVE 17 YRS OF RESIDENCY , SO YUP, IM A BIT MIFFED.

I delayed my rental with DWP because I thought the process might be cumbersome and maybe requires providing loads of documentation, but it was smooth.
I constantly got many options and notifications for updates on new flats once registered and I could just do viewing at my convenience.
Really great team as well.

So I've been with DWP partnership for apx 7 years and all of the team have been the best.
They have accomadated my needs professionally and to the highest standards. I am disabled with oxygen at home and to honest they have been great in all matters.
I highly Recommend them. 100%.

I was contacted by DWP about a flat I was unaware of. They arranged for me to see it, allowed me time to have a think, and basically explained everything I needed to know. They made the whole process of securing the flat and renting very easy. I'm so pleased with the flat; the place is like new. It has new carpets and freshly painted walls, and the rent is much more reasonable than many other flats in the Bournemouth/Poole/Christchurch area. I've found the staff at DWP Housing very helpful and friendly.

One of their van drivers is a waste of space. Park’s his van wherever he wants when he comes home. It’s a hazard when you are parked near it you can’t see anything when pulling out . Could park down the slip road where other vans park but no.

There is a dog in the flat close to mine that won't stop barking because of it I had to try and sleep on my sofa hurt my neck ended up at hospital being told I had a trapped nerve for sleeping in a bad position I am nearly 80 years old and I should at least be able to sleep in my bed
