You never replied when I asked my order is coming. I contacted my credit card company to reverse the charge. Horrible!

My rating of 4 stars. I can not buy this product at my local stores so you were my next best option. My only problem with your company was I never got any updates on shipping and why when I ordered this product on 5/12/25 and IF it was coming from Texas why didn't I receive it already. I did get a telephone call after a couple of emails that the nice lady told me it was being shipped. Today is 6/2/25 and so far I have not received this shipment. Hoping it arrives in a few days. Keeping my fingers crossed. If I need to order more I will think twice because of the lack of communication plus the price.

Great product bought it for my 75 y/o mom who suffers from arthritis in her legs,mainly her knees and she's very happy with how much it's helped her

I placed an order on April 28th and after the incalculable email confirmation, I have received anything. My Credit card was charged on the 28th but whenever I log on, my order says processing. Ive sent several emails and used on the online chat but I never receive a status.

I never received my order, and I have had no responses to my inquiries! And I haven't received a refund!

I never received what I ordered from Lazaris Naturals. Called their company and they had no paperwork that I had ordered from them; yet credit card charged. I have notified credit card company you are committing fraud.

I have used this product before and love it but felt the shipping was soooo slow

The CBD gummies came recommended by my doctor for my insomnia. I tried them but they did not help me. I had to try them for me to determine if they worked. The company refused to give me a refund because the item was opened. My experience was poor and I’ve let others l know not to purchase from your company. Next time I’ll go directly to Charlotte’s Web as they were much more customer oriented.

Delivery was quick and the product was very effective

I never received my order for one thing. I have sent several emails about this order and have never received any communication...I never got my 10% discount because it was my 1st order even though a young ladt called and said she would refund me the 10%. Never happened. So, those are the reasons I will probably never order fron you again. Sorry. Thomas M. Sheridan

Finally got the 1 product after sending a email after 10 days asking when it is going to ship. Way too long in today's environment.

The product is fine as my husband had previously purchased at a local store. My issue was that it took an entire month to ship it to me. I'm just thankful I hadn't planned on using them as stocking stuffers.

I sent out emails and not a single person got back to me and it was multiple emails and I called the phone number and nobody ever answered or got back to me. Worst experience and it took over 5 days to ship after I was charged $15 extra for express shipping.

My order took to long to receive. I understand it was during the holiday time, but the offering of expedite shipping which I paid for and being that the items couldn’t be delivered due to the holidays. I should’ve been refunded that since it took almost a month to me received my purchase.

I was not familiar with Dynamic Pure company and because of it, was hesitant to place an order.

However, after placing my order, I was pleasantly surprised about the overal service; it exceeded my expectations!

I requested to be updated on the status of my order as often as possible, they did every step of the way, including when it was delivered to my mailbox. I received my order 2 days after placing it. Also, the product was, visibility, packed with care.

If they continue with such great service I definitely recommend this company 💯
