It’s been almost a month and I’m still waiting for my order

I like the product and the customer service. Seem very personable! Had an issue, but they corrected it quickly!!! Thanks to you and your team!!!

I placed an order on August 18th. It is now September 7th and I have not received the product yet. I reached out to them and asked if my order was going to be delivered soon. They did send a reply that said; "We regret to inform you that your order is delayed..." In the mean time, I am getting multiple requests to rate the retailer and offered deals if I order more. The website did not say that the item was out of stock. Still wanting to try the product, I ordered another one directly from the manufacturer for (within cents of) the same price. I have that one in hand now.

Never got what I thought I had purchased. Inquired more than once and seem to be getting a run around. Supply did not come in, it did come in and shipped early next week, which has come and gone yet I’ve received nothing. In a few days unless I hear something positive I will cancel the order.

I placed an order 1 month ago and still have not received it!!!! I contacted them 1 week ago and they said there is a delay. Why wasn't I informed of this and no tracking # NOT happy at all with your company

I ordered 18 cans of CANN on August 12 th and I have not received my order yet! I’ve emailed and asked why. I was told they were sorry for the delay but it should be coming this week. That was 8/26/25.
No product yet! I’m not a happy customer.

Ordered item on 8-12-2025,
as of 9-3-2025 have yet to receive item or to receive any response to my numerous emails requesting information on anticipated shipping/delivery date!

I placed the order over 3 weeks and I'm still waiting.

So far....I really can't even give 1 star because I paid for my order and it showed shipped and I haven't received it weeks later. I emailed the Co over and over with no response. Finally a response came after weeks saying it was not available but hopefully would be soon.

Fabulous service! Gorgeous jacket potatoes with a range of choices ! BYO on a Friday evening created such a great buzz. Our children loved it too! Highly recommend

I would have given another star except it took almost 3 weeks for the product I ordered to arrive. I had to call Dynamic Pure to ask why there was a delay. They explained the product was out of stock and they would notify me when it shipped. It would have been nice to receive this information from the company and a few more updates. Other than that, the Dynamic Pure contact did return my phone call promptly and the item was packaged well and was exactly what I ordered.

Don't order from this company!! I received 4 bottles of expensive CBD roll-on that was a few weeks from expiration date. The fourth bottle was only half full and was leaking a red liquid, where it's supposed to be clear!! Extremely bad experience that cost over $230. I'm handicapped on a fixed income

I ordered a product on June 9, 2025. As I write this, it is July 1, 2025. I have been told the product has been shipped. Yet it has not arrived. I had to reach out to the company to even get a status and an "apology." I am very disappointed in this company. Had they reached out first and kept in touch with me regarding delays, I might be more inclined to do business with them again. Yet it was only after I said I would dispute the charge on my credit card that I was told that they had "just shipped" my product. I did continue to receive profuse email thanks for having ordered, but that, to my, is not the same as explaining a nearly 30 day delay in shipping. Will seek a different provider next time

This business is insanely unprofessional and fraudulent. I ordered from them a month ago, and decided to cancel my order after it had been processing for over two business weeks (they conveniently forgot to mention on their website that the items they are selling aren’t actually on hand/in stock). I had reached out to the company multiple times over the course of those two weeks before canceling, asking for updates on my order, and they ignored me. I only ever received a response from them after leaving a negative review about my experience.

They finally agreed to give me a refund on the order… one that I still have yet to receive, over ten business days later. I asked Dynamic Pure why I haven’t received any receipt or update about this refund they initiated. Dynamic Pure then said they’d send me a refund receipt, which I also never received. Completely unprofessional. I would not recommend spending money with this business, as they do not take pride in customer service, nor communication. I have yet to receive any product or refund from them, and they only care to respond to customer concerns if you leave a negative review on their site.
