I received the wrong product and was unable to get any information regarding how to return it for a refund. I tried calling and emailing. Not one response. So very disappointed.

I ordered the life cykel biohacker set in January. I had some life things happen and honestly forgot about it. I realized just last week I had never received the item. I contacted them through email, fully expecting to hear nothing in return, and just assumed Id been scammed. Not only did they return my email by the next day, they called and left a very apologetic voicemail. They shipped my item the very next morning and I received in one day. I was already so thankful for the quick reply and timely shipping but when I opened my box I found they had also sent me a little gift besides. In this world customer service seems to be going downhill but 5 stars for this company!!

This was my initial order, ordered 26 Feb. I had not received order or tracking # after 10 days, sent an enquire and then received a tracking # and affirmation of order. Credit card was charged 26 Feb. A scoop did not come with the pouch of AG 1. I like the taste of it very much compared to the previous BOKU Superfood I had been using for years and had tremendous energy today after first time including it in my daily routine.

The product didn’t do very much. The heat felt good but didn’t do anything for the pain as advertised

I had to download Whatsapp to be able to get in contact with someone since no one answered my message through the contact us page. No one should be required to do download an app to ask about an order on a site.

I’ve ordered from Dynamic Pure a couple of times. Love their ashwaganda mix with lion mane mushroom. It’s been helping me at work. I also like their Lyfe line - their matcha with spirulina is amazing. I’m an avid matcha drinker and switched over to their brand - jade matcha leaves sourced from Japan.

Ordered qty of 2….. only 1 was shipped. Immediate respond to my email with replacement of 2nd product. Thank you
