They got the order wrong and then when notified about it decided to take 2 weeks to send the correct order.

This company advertised a 90-day supply of Everday Dose, but sent the same size bag advertised on other sites as a 30-day supply. I emailed customer service to try to fix this problem and received a prompt reply indicating they would send the remainder of the order "soon." After about one week, I received a call from the company, apologizing for their mistake, indicating they had a new associate who was unfamiliar with the product and sent the wrong size bags. I was offered to return them, or wait for them to ship me the remaining amount I had ordered. I received the rest of the shipment today and am very pleased with both the product and the customer service. I will give them another try when I need more of this product.

Such a great experience. I received the product in time and loved the products and their packaging.

The delivery was not until almost 14 days after i ordered it. I never got a confirming email, so I did not know who to call to complain. I called the phone number on my credit card bill and only got a payment processing center
I am very unhappy with this vendor and would not use them again
