Avoid Chinese sites

Before I begin Ebay and Pay Pal and Packlink are the same company!!
Long story short AVOID..I was a seller on this site for a few years and lately have had unauthorised transactions going to Packlink from my PayPal account and received emails from Madrid later informing me this was a mistake I answered the robot from these 3 companies which are one no reply..but today have woken up to 2 unlawful withdrawal from pay pal account?not a lot of money a tenner?but what if it was more?in response I have cancelled Ebay and there twisted sister pay pal (remember this is connected to your own bank account)big trouble if something goes wrong?? Your bank will drop you like a hot SNOT.

All crooks & con artists welcome

E-Bay is full of crooks. Companies/sellers selling items not fit for purpose & impossible to contact. They have hundreds of negative feedbacks in 1 month & are still allowed to sell.
ME? Well apparently I am a risk to the E-bay community I sold hundreds of items (mostly greetings cards) had over 1,400 positive feed backs, no neutrals or negatives. My customer service was excellent (contacted buyers & sorted our very few issues I had, mostly within hours of being contacted -due to health problems keeping me at home).

There was a problem with THEIR system allowing 'out of stock' items to be bought. Resulting in a -3.8% (yes -3.8%) selling default score (WOW! real crook/con artist then).

Still won't allow me to sell on my E-Bay site. Even though there have been no issues.

So good customer service/relations counts for nothing.

E-bay is the sort of company that assists people that sell faulty products. Products that don't work etc and if you send them back to said person E-bay doesn't refund you so that person can sell the faulty product again.

So the above guy trousers your money and sells the same product to some other sucker like me, while I have to purchase from another provider which I did and this product was good and worked.

You just can't beat that global crooked dot.com.

They keep making up excuses and passing me on from 1 department to o another.
Things have gone downhill in the last 6 months with eBay
It’s almost impossible to get refund . So have closed my account after 10 years .

E bay allow sellers to lie

I bought a book from e bay the seller was an e bay trusted seller i-gotta-have that item number 15-06097-56789 the book arrived but the courier could not be bothered knocking next door or contacting me insted shoved it through my window damaging my blinds.
I was furious and contacted the seller, the next day I got a message via e bay saying I had cancelled the order and got my money back. This is obviously a lie as I have the book and the damaged blinds.
I explained to the seller and to e bay that I wasnt interested in the book or the money I was interested in the damage caused to my property by the courier and what they had put in place to ensure it doesnt happen again. I had two on line "chats" with e bay agents and had to explain that the courier was the responsibility of the seller as my contract was with the seller and e bay and the delivery method was totally the responsibility of the seller, this was eventually agreed.
This morning I had another message from the seller saying that the reason the item wasnt delivered was that the address was wrong?????
My address is recorded in e bay and as I paid for the item vis pay pal it is not possible to have an incomplete address.
What makes this statement even more annoying IS THAT THE ITEM ARRIVED WAS PUSHED THROUGH MY WINDOW DAMAGING MY BLINDS as I originally stated. What sort of company works in this was, tells down right lies and expects customers to accept it e bay are just as bad if not worse.

Bad customer service ebay

Had very bad experiencewith ebay , all this about your money is guarenteed , lot of rubbish. Ordered halloween bags , the seller ignoring my queries as the item was not received, then told me it was out of stock ,then sent bags when i said it was to late. Received the bags 2nd november after the event. Been trying to get money back ever since . 3 advisers told me they had processed it. The 4th adviser said i was not getting a refund and when i sent through an appeal that was closed as well i have been trying to get my money back since the middle of october. Service is the worst i have had.
Cant leave seller feedback as you only have limited time

I purchased an item from E Bay

I purchased an item from E Bay, and when it didn't arrive in time I cancelled the order, and purchased the same item from another on line company, and received it the following day and at a cheaper cost.
I was informed by e Bay that I would have to return the item when it eventually arrived as it had already been posted out.
It did arrive later, and I tried the return process, which involves paying for return postage, and printing off the label.
Unfortunately I couldn't print off the return label, and sent e mails to both e Bay, and the seller asking for further advice, and address details and I would make arrangements to return the goods unopened.
I have no way of knowing if these e mails were received, but I never received any replies, and the return process was made extremely difficult in my case.
Fortunately I didn't pay out a huge amount, but the unopened item is still with me, and I have been unable to receive a refund.
I contacted E Bay via their chat line and cancelled my account forthwith.
It may well have been just my experience, but I just wanted to put it out there.

AVOID BROAD OUTLINE

I have never had a problem with ebay but more must be done with regards to sellers false descriptions. I recently purchased a wooden bathroom cabinet from BROAD OUTLIINE on ebay as I was moving home, this turned out to be coated polystyrene. I had thrown away all packaging(stupidly) and couldnt return. Item only fit for dolls house or bin. BROAD OUTLINE. AVOID!! unbelievable that rubbish like this is descibed as wood so if anyone wants to buy from BROAD OUTLINE, just remember, D. TURPIN was honest enough to tell you he was a robber!!! AVOID BROAD OUTLINE ON ebay.

If you look at all the other negative reviews they 100% reflect the appalling service I have received from E Bay. If you have succumbed as I did over lock down then do not bother battling with them to deal with your concerns, too frustrating and time consuming -they really do not care. Just do as I have and cancel your account. There are plenty of other retailers out there much more worthy of your custom.

'E' Bay Biased Towards Buyers
In have had relatively little experience as a seller on 'E' bay, but I would never again sell on 'E' bay, & have heard from other sellers, that they have had similar experiences. I have sold 3 items on 'E' bay, 2 went through with no problem i.e. items were bid for, accepted, despatched & paid for. The items were paid for using PayPal, which used to be a part of 'E' bay until it was split from 'E' bay to form a separate co. However due to its previous history, 'E' bay & PayPal had a contract in which all payments to 'E' bay whent through PayPal, (who then obviously took a cut of the payment). This contract between 'E' bay & PayPal terminated about 3 weeks ago i.e. around the end of July 2020, because 'E' bay have now set up their own payment dept, thus rivalling PayPal. My 3rd selling item was bid, paid for, (to PayPal), & depatched as normal. Afew days later I recieved an 'E' mail from the buyer, saying that he 'didn't think that the item was genuine'. I disputed this & asked him to prove it was not genuine. This he could not do, so I said it was a matter of difference of opinion. I asked 'E' bay to adjudicate & they sided with the buyer. It was agreed that the item was returned, which it was. All this time the payment was held frozen by PayPal. In the meantime the contract between 'E' bay & PayPal had terminated. I thought that was an end to my involvement, but I was wrong. I then received a bill from 'E' bay, for the total amount of the sale + delivery, but by then I had already blocked my credit card. How can anyone, be it company or individual just charge your card whenever it suits them & for whatever amount they want, without the card issuer querying it? My policy now is to only give my credit card details when absolutely necessary, (& if possible ask that the card details be deleted after use).

E Bay's Guarantee-Ha Ha

Royal Mail marked my E-Bay purchase as delivered when in fact it was never delivered or left at my address. After two weeks and several messages to the seller who wrote that I raise a case with E-Bay I did. The case was judged against me and for the seller because Royal Mail had shown it as delivered on the tracking.
I spoke to customer service about the hassle of trying to get information from the Royal Mail and met a blank wall. Their guarantee is worthless as they told me that they need all this information to get the sellers money to refund me. In other words they put all the onus on the seller and have none of their profits set aside for refunding customers.
I have been a customer since 2013 and spent thousands of pounds with them. This claim was for a small amount of money. In the future I shall certainly not be buying any thing of high value from them as they have shown their guarantee to be worthless.
I am persevering with the Royal Mail but that's another ongoing story. Maybe another review in the pipeline.

I purchased an item on 30April. 69 days later item not arrived. The seller refused to refund. I have contacted E-bay who also refused to refund thus denying their own guarantee.
Stay away from this company.

E bay escroc,moins que zéro...

Ca mérite zéro étoiles tellement c'est un site d'escrocs;j'ai acheté un téléphone qui était censé être neuf:grosse déception à la réception quand j'ai vu qu'il était usé jusqu'à la corde et que l'écran ne s'allumait même pas! E bay m'a finalement fourni un bordereau de retour étant donné que le vendeur me l'a refusé et voilà pas que ce cher monsieur dont le pseudo est reverant509 ose déclarer qu'il a reçu un colis vide! Il aurait apparemment fourni les papiers qui le démontrent alors bien sûr je ne serais pas remboursée...merci e bay de bien niq... les acheteurs et toujours défendre les vendeurs puisque ça vous rapporte de l'argent! site de voleurs!

A vape I brought stopped charging 33 days after it arrived, the sellers gave me the run around, so I put in a complaint to Ebay and they closed it on the same day, saying it was to late to complain
I have tried to contact them to talk to them about this and haven't been able to

Stupid way to treat a dispute

I sold an item on e bay,their website allowed me to choose as a shipping method Royal Mail 1 class not tracked £3.48.All good so far,after I ship the item mr buyer open a case against me without sending me any message or something ,I sent him the shipping proof and I did explain to him I was following the same steps like in my e bay post .After the period pass eBay refund him despite de fact I was following all my posting steps.Ebay said is no tracking number,of course is not because he was agree with Royal Mail first class not tracked.This is disgraceful and disgusting from e bay,I have done all my part and lose my item plus money (120£). This is a platform which charge you for everything,you have no protection as a seller ,is full of glitches,I hope they will fail soon with this mentality and with this stupid ways to sort out the problems.From this point I will close my account,they don’t deserve me as a customer!!!!
