This is a big scam. I hope no one else gets taken by these crooks.
You call and they hang up on you!! Don't be fooled!! I'm only sorry I couldn't verbally give them a piece of my mind. And to use Tom Hanks as a spoke person!!

We got a response

We got a response, they already mailed and we have till April 11 to send back to France to get our money back but not all of it. There is no way we can do that in time as product has not even gotten here yet. They don’t tell you the money back is from the time you order not when you get them. We order Feb 11th 2025. And nothing yet. Please run the other way from this Co. very unsatisfactory……

The best way to deal with Scams from…

The best way to deal with Scams from companies such as these that don't respond is to purchase by paying through PayPal. Paypal guarantee will force this company for a refund. They have to react to PayPal. My Experience was with a similar e-health company operating in USA and behaving similarly to as described in these bad reviews.

Dreadful service

I ordered some Easy Flex tablets on behalf of my elderly mother. She paid £399 on what this company said was a ‘special offer’. Only half of the order arrived, and I informed them of this immediately. I have contacted them both via direct email and their contact form 7 times, requesting a response, and this company has neither acknowledged nor responded to me. I have informed them of the extreme distress and upset this is causing to my mother as this company have taken her money without providing the items. However, they seemingly are not interested and we are now concerned that she has been scammed. I have made several requests to them for a full refund or the full order. We have had neither. I am looking to take this further as a formal complaint to the relevant authorities.

Your delivered products need a letter with them telling people about your returns policy, correct postal address for returns, correct email address i.e. procedure for returns. This is for the Nerve-Eez product.

I give 5 stars to all the kind people who have told the truth on here! I was an idiot yesterday & listened to a video of a man supposed to be from Cheshire, who'd instigated the production of a pill to CURE NEUROPATHIC (NERVE PAIN) WHICH ALL THE EXPERTS SAY IS THE most difficult PAIN TO TREAT. After suffering with this 24/7 for 6 years, I was desperate enough to try it, but sadly didn't read reviews. The length of the video made me suspicious & more so when I got to the end & he was still repeating himself, then trying to make me order even more with a bigger reduction! I was clutching at straws, & ordered 3 bottles. It said I would receive an email confirmation, but when it hadn't arrived by today - I WAS SURE I HAD BEEN SCAMMED! I TRIED TO RING THE LONDON NUMBER, BUT NO HUMAN! - just bad music which continued for hours.
I have called my C.C. company who say the payment has been collected by them already, but not using the details I'd been given.
After three days they will begin action! I WISH I HAD READ THESE VIEWS FIRST! IT SEEMS ALL THEIR POTIONS ARE FAKE. I THOUGHT AT FIRST THEY WERE IN u.k. BUT THEY AREN'T, (I THOUGHT I SAW TURKISH WRITING WHEN I WENT ONTO THEIR WEB PAGE OF PRODUCTS!!!
Replying to messages on here is taking us for idiots!!!
Let us see if they dare to reply to this with another stupid excuse. (Blaming customs in U.K. is stupid, because we are buying under the impression they are here in U.K.!!!!

Poor customer service and dishonest

I am live in New Zealand, I have order one bottle of easy fungus and my item is NOT arrive, it is almost 2 month now and the poor customer service and what a hell as they are doing, they say it will gaurantee the service and the item will be delievery and it is being able to refund of the product if we try and it is dosen't work, I think this service is dishonest, I will NOT buy this product again, I just have send an e mail and I have been pay $59.00 NZ dollor through the paypal, what does this company is doing? DON'T make me think it is scam, if they are quiet gurantee for the coustmer, the item should be arrive quickly, my money must be refund and I am NOT buy this product again!

Easy Fungus doesn't work

I purchased 9 bottles of Easy Fungus which lasted me 9 months at 1 tablet per day. I was persuaded by the money back guarantee if they failed to work. Well they didn't work so I applied for the money back only to be told that the money back guarantee is for 90 days after purchase and then it expires. Don't be taken in by this company's advertising.

Ive been taking their Easyflex product for sometime and I can’t tell you it works miracles. I’ve had a bad back and hip for years and this is the only product that works for me.
This company is brilliant and I’m very grateful to have found them.

Can You Trust e-Health Labs? What has annoyed me about this company…

What has annoyed me about this company is being sent emails that pretend to be about some quick-fix remedy but actually direct you to the same tedious video that promotes one of their supplements. For example, 'Perfect Vision in 7 seconds? Just do THIS...', but what you get is an advertisement for their Vision Plus supplement. I bought some but it did nothing for my eyesight. I made a complaint about these deceitful emails, but the company seems to think they are an acceptable means of promotion of their products. I have unsubscribed from their emails and will never buy anything else from a company that uses such dishonest methods.
I'm now a lot more wary of buying any health products promoted on the internet. I would suggest instead finding out what will really benefit you from a qualified therapist, e.g. a naturopath, kinesiologist or homeopath, or even your G.P., optician or dentist. Unfortunately it seems there are far too many people making false or exaggerated claims about health products on the internet, and persuading people like me who are willing to believe them to spend a lot of money on items that may not be of any use to them.
I did receive a 50% refund for the supplements I bought, but I've been left feeling unhappy with how this company appears to operate, and I won't be buying any more of their products.
According to an email from Bruna at e-Health Labs 92% of their customers experience positive changes from their products, and some experience results after longer treatment of 6 to 8 months. They did not respond to my complaint about their promotional videos.

Bruna has given the best customer…

Bruna has given the best customer service. I had a problem with my item it didn't get delivered to me but it ended up going to the royal mail delivery office in the UK west midlands. Where I had to pay for the custom charges. However I called the company and spoke to Bruna and she helped me and reassured me I will get my refund from in the next 72 hours. I recommended 7 members of my family who also brought products from your company. I was very happy with the outcome of the call and just wanted to say Bruna is a credit to your company. Thank you once again.

Shoulda' read the reviews first

Ordered in Oct for 3 bottles. Finished them January. No difference so tried for 3 month guarantee. 3 emails later, not one reply!
Looking at other reviews I'm now out of guarantee period so hey ho, onwards & upwards!!
Scammed, but even worse it only had to be a French Scam!!

They say that they replied on 16th Jan.
Well, this was in my Spam
"We would like to point out that we have received your request and that one of our agents will answer you in 24/48 hours"
I'm still waiting!! Nothing else appeared.

Also, please note that the way you take our capsules is also very important in order for you to achieve results.

As for your request for a refund, I have just checked from our side and I can see here that we replied to your email on the 16th January, where you were already out of guarantee and we also replied to your email on the 1st February where we explained to you again that, unfortunately, we could no longer refund you.

Had you contacted us and returned the products to us before the end of your 90 day guarantee, we would have been more than happy to refund you.

I refer to their response to my complaint.
I did not receive any of the emails they purport to have sent and I told them this in a telephone conversation. I even gave them a different email address to send their evidence to me, I never received this one either! I didn't have any problems receiving emails from other companies and friends, but only from them it would seem.

UPDATE Spoke them 25 Jan, they're saying they did reply to my emails, but I've not received them. My emails were within their 90 day refund policy.

Ordered 3mths supply capsules for nerve pain pn 19 Oct 23 paid £177. They offered guarantee return of money if don't work within 3mths of order, which they didn't, so I emailed twice for refund. Didn't get any reply so phoned them and they said they did reply, but I certainly didn't get it. Their word against mine!
Wouldn't use them again or recommend, their guarantee is worth diddly squat!!

I am sorry that you were out of the guarantee when you called our company in order to obtain a refund. I have investigated this and I was able to confirm that we replied to your emails. We replied to all of your emails; (on the 5th January 2024, 12th January 2024 and followed up on our call on the 18th January 2024 with an email explaining that we did answer your emails with all the correct procedures we must follow in order to provide a refund for our customers). We also sent you screen captures with proof that we replied to your emails accordingly.
Unfortunately, we never got a reply from those emails we sent where we replied to your request for a refund. By the time you had called us, your 90 day guarantee had already expired, and as much as we would like to keep our customers happy in all ways possible, we must follow our companies policies which are displayed on our official website. By placing an order with us, you accept our T&C where you are also informed of this.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

I purchase fungus tablets for my toe nail fungus infection. This company encourage you to purchase 6 months of the product by reducing the price which I fell for! £200 worth. I took all 6 months as directed I stupidly thought they would eventually work, but of course not. I tried to get my money back but they used the 90 days scam. I have not got my money back. DO NOT trust this company. If you must only buy 3 months and contact them early if not working, and good luck with refund. I suggest you save your money. Karen from Sussex

If I could give less than 1* I certainly would....
I ordered the EASY SLIM tablets some months ago, I did not lose any weight in respect of taking the 2x2 tablets per day, in fact I have gained weight.
I asked for a refund some weeks ago and have obviously been ignored as I have not heard a thing about the guaranteed full refund offered back...SCAM !!!

I ordered 4 bottles at a price of £160 that never arrived. Tracking details showed they had arrived in the uk and then moved to my local mail centre but after three weeks had still not been delivered. I phoned the company asking for a refund and they told me to get a refund I had to return the product. Thankfully I had paid using PayPal and after raising a case though them I got my money back. I will never order from ehealth labs again due to the fact they are not interested in customer service. They said it wasn’t there responsibility as Royal Mail had the parcel but they chose them!!!
