I bought 6 months worth of EZ prostate and never noticed any improvement. It was too late for a refund. Plus when I initially looked at this product the reviews were great and now I find a page with nothing but bad reviews. That’s what this world has come to, nothing but greedy people making money off poor consumers 💩

The support@e-health labs.com Was the worst!!

The support@e-health labs.com. This ez Prostate just does not work.. I have tried calling for a good 3 weeks .. no answer T949hen I was told the refund period had expired .... I asked for this on May 19, 2025.. The refund date was May 21, 2025. They need to refund me $294 for 6 pill bottles

Felt better after 1 bottle easy prostate

I was reading comments here before i ordered. I read negative reviews but I still wanted to try. I ordered 1 bottle and I can't say any negative effect on it. After drinking for 2 weeks my penis gets hard although not totally but it helps. Before when i had intimate sex with my wife, my penis gets soft right away. Now it gets hard a little longer. I mean its better than before. I will order more.

Unreliable customer service especially the staff named Bruna

I ordered an item from this company and it was dealth with by Bruna (customer service staff). I had spoken to her over the phone plus emailed her and we had an agreement to send my order around middle of January this year although I ordered the item back in December. It’s because I will be away for 4 weeks last week December 2023 and will come back last week in January this year and no one home to receive the item. Unfortunately, she didn’t follow my instruction, sent the item last week of December - beginning first week January hence lost one part of the item. I contacted her team twice, but ignored, and didnt do anything about it. Hence, I can say that the customer service of this company is not reliable and dependable.

COULDNT CARE LESS

I ordered 9 bottles of Easy Flex for my Fiance unfortunately he passed away and i now have 5 bottles left . i contacted Ehealthlabs to see if I could return them for a refund ,and they said the return time had passed so even though they are in date they refused my request. I find this very uncaring for a company that is supposed TO CARE.They are quite happy to sell you extra bottles but if the person dies out of the return time its just hard luck,I dont think so.

I am very much hoping that I can write a positive review if e-health labs really do refund me the £278.65 in full within the 21 they promised.
I too was hit with a totally unexpected £102.00 customs duty bill to pay before Royal Mail would deliver my parcel. I was not advised that this was possible or even likely.
So far Royal Mail in the process of returning the 6 bottles to e-health labs. I am promised a refund by the 14th September latest ( as a special dispensation) .
I will post again if this does ( or does not happen) . I really hope they do the right thing and refund me as promised.
I am so disappointed as the Easy Flex we’re so highly recommended.

NO REFUND FORTHCOMING FROM EHEALTHLABS

I did not want to pay for the custom fee that was 50% of the original cost, so arranged for Royal Mail to send it back as it was not received by me because I did not pay the fee. I explained to ehealthlabs that Royal Mail was sending the goods back so I wanted a full refund. I have waited three months and have been told that they are still waiting for the returned package, so they will not pay me my money and they have not put a claim in to Royal Mail, that I cannot do becauase it has to come from thr sender as Royal Mail advised me. I am fed up with being put off with excuses so I went to by Bank - Lloyds, and they have agreed that I was entitled to my refund so they have refunded me and they await a response from ehealthlabs. Like most of tose who have ordered from ehealthlabs, I was looking for something that would help my pain, and would have ordered on a regular basis if the service and producr worked, but I could not chance ordering again, and hope everyone else has a better experience. My advice is not to use them or trust them with any refunds.

Nothing has really changed

Promised refund by the agent Lilly. Condition was previous review on Trustpilot was deleted. this was done and confirmed. Health Labs seem to have on going problems with their 90 day guarantee. Nb this starts from day of order. One customer waited 37 days for their goods. I tried easy flex tablets up to day 40 and as they failed to ease my arthritic knees and requested return details. This was ignored and no reason ever given. As i paid £343 for the tablets i was very annoyed. Out of the blue at day 78 i received an email from Health Labs saying i had 12 days remaining of the guarantee. I posted the bottles on the same day thinking they would delivered well within the time. However i received notification that they were received outside the time limit (surprise surprise ) Why do so many returns seem to do the same. Just recently i received a notification that this company had introduced a NEW customer support team and i was advised to contact them as there appeared to have been errors in handling my claim. I contacted them was Promised a refund and they have failed to answer 5 emails. So you have got to ask why does this company have so many 1 star ratings. Once again the answer is TO AVOID and not get taken in. AVOID Would Health Labs now like to forward the promised refund or reason for not doing so. Up date 9th October 2024. I have sent numerous emails requesting return of my £343 as a result of the breach of contract by this company. They made a promise that a refund would be made. Would a representative of this company care to comment. We have also got to assume they re-sold the 8 bottles i returned. One further development is that i received notification that stated they were unable to deal with any outstanding queries that were moe than 2 years old. This says it all. If you see EHEALTHLABS AVOID AVOID AVOID

They lie and cheat

They lie. No refund at all because of some T&C clause that allows them never to pay a refund. Not only that, the product gave me an allergic reaction. When I contacted them for a refund they said send all the bottles back. I did so, but according to them, I did it too quickly. So a rubbish product and a company that cheats its customers out of money they owe.

Please please do not purchase from this company, most reviews here have the same bad bad experience.

I hate to give bad reviews, but this Company, genuienly have to be the worst Company in existence, and I can see by the reviews below, that everyone shares the same experience. Despite these reviews, they do not appear to be bothered, and carry on regardless.
With the thanks to Trust Pilot, I can warn others too.

I ordered Special prostrate tablets from e-healthlabs.com on July 8th 2022, having been taken in by their video on instagram.
The payment of £199.80 was taken out by them on Aug7 2022 under the heading "E-HEALTH LABS CORBAS ILE".
Their tracking, simply did not work, and is now jammed on "In transit for 67 days".
I have emailed the company many times using their website form, quoting order number 720840,
and all I keep receiving is an automated email saying they will respond in a few days.
Eventully I received an email saying a further £61 is required for Customs payment, by which time I was so angry, as this was never never mentioned. Who would pay £199.80 + £61 for tablets, the Company do not even feel any guilt that the additional £61 was conveniently omitted.
After, what is now, 3 months, nothing has been received, I have cancelled order several times by emails, and of course, due to the delay, I have asked for a refund many times, they ignore all, and yet their website still makes all these claims from satisfied customers, by first name only. Please read other reviews, with the help of trust pilot, you will be able to decide wether to deal with or not deal with.

Awful Experience Donot purchase anything from this…

Do not purchase anything from this awful company,I paid £177 for 3 bottles of Complete Vision Plus after 2weeks of waiting for delivery I was contacted by Royal Mail to say that they need another £38 for taxes and handling charges or the alternative was for the Post office to return to sender which is the option I chose, Because of E_LABS money back guarantee I thought there wouldn't be a problem nearly 2months later no sign of any refund, Please please do not go near this company

This company is rubbish & diobolical.

This company is rubbish. For 6 bottles of tablets to help prostate problems they asked for £199.99. I thought if they were good it would be worth it. Many days later the postman leaves a notice that says I need to pay an extra £47 Vat and Royal mail handling fee before taking delivery. Cost now risen to nearly £250. I of course refused delivery and the tablets were returned. This diabolical company took £10 off my refund as a charge returning the goods to them. I don't even want to give them 1 star. Stay clear. I wish I had read the reviews.

I’ve ordered Easy Flex too

I’ve ordered Easy Flex too. As other reviewers I have to admit the delivery is very slow coming to you. I brought six bottles for £199, very desperate with joint pains especially more so after losing my husband. I’m on my first bottle half way through and have found them helping my arthritis and have been more active and feel alive. I take two capsules a day with a main meal as suggested, I take in the morning with breakfast as I’ve had Bariatric surgery all my meals are small and found it works better this way for me. My worry is I wouldn’t be able keep taking them as are indeed very costly, please think before you order anything as you need to see if you can follow up with this care. So far I’ve been happy with Easy Flex.

I bought 3 bottles of Easy Digest

I bought 3 bottles of Easy Digest. I was assured of a full refund if not satisfied. I have uncontrollable diarrhoea with them and have emailed the so called Dr. Perez to ask how I get my refund. I was charged £134.70 and told I was going to be bouncing with vitality and feeling marvellous. I think this is a scam as I was charged £7.04 VAT yet they came from abroad. I will await a reply from "Dr" Perez and write again. I do have a B.Sc and am a retired Registered Nurse and Midwife, so am not happy to be scammed on a health issue.

Very Good Service.

I ordered Easy Digest and they arrived in good time. Unfortunately, on the advice of my doctor, I was unable to take them. Therefore, I returned the unopened box to them. I spoke to Jessica who was very helpful and I have now been told that my money has been refunded. Although I didn't try the tablets, the service was very good.

SNAKE OIL

SNAKE OIL, absolute rubbish, completely ineffective. When refund is sought under the 90-day "no risk" trial, I was offered a 50% refund, after declining this and much delay from E-Health Labs side, I was advised that my return would not reach them within the 90day period, as such was forced to accept the 50%, as the only viable option.
