I have always used E-Travel for flights to the USA in the past, but this time we decided to look at Cruise options. So glad we did.

From the initial contact with the Cruise Team, Glenda took such good care of us. We were looking to book a last minute cruise, and she worked to find us the best deal to Spain/France and Italy on the new Sun Princess. The travelling party had some special requests, and Glenda ensured these were all taken care of to make life easy for us ahead of the cruise. Everything from flights to transfers, she put in place all the arrangements that was required and provided us with many updates in the run-up to departure.

Our Cruise was amazing - the Sun Princess is gorgeous, the staff are amazing, food and entertainment - just first class. We loved everything about her. We would definitely recommend anyone to travel on the Sun Princess - or any of the Princess ships. The itinerary was just lovely - and we found it all really relaxing and some lovely trips were had.

I cannot thank E-Travel enough for the help and support throughout the booking/after care process - it was exceptional. E-travel will be guaranteed to be our first stop for any future cruises.

Can't recommend Cruise Consultant Glenda Heery of e-travel strongly enough. From choosing flights that suited our needs, hotels before and after cruise, the cruise itself and the flawless private transfers. All without a hitch.

Just returned from our Royal Caribbean Icon of the Seas Western Caribbean Cruise booked through eTravel, and wow—it exceeded every expectation! From the moment we contacted etravel we were treated like royalty.
We sailed out of Miami and the itinerary was breathtaking and the ship was stunning. We have two busy boys and there was tonnes for them to do while we got to relax.
Huge thanks to eTravel for putting our perfect holiday together. We book all of our cruises through etravel because they know the market so well and can tailor our holidays to our wishes. We’re already planning our next cruise through eTravel to Dubai with MSC!

Due to the impact of the epidemic, I neglected to check the validity of my child's passport. When I found out that we might not be able to take off as originally planned and needed to change our destination, I was so disappointed and so nervous that I couldn't sleep. I contacted e-travel as soon as possible, and although you can't contact them by phone, you can feel free to write them an email because you will receive a reply soon. I have troubled their team several times. Caitlyn always responded to my inquiries promptly and patiently. Paul gave me a direction and guided me to find a solution when I had no idea. I'm very grateful to them. I rate them 10 out of 10.

Way way back in 2019, we booked flights to and from Africa via e-Travel, which was super easy. Unfortunately for us, they were on SAA and due to depart a few days after lockdown kicked in in March 2020, and our flights were cancelled. SAA then went in to administration and refused a refund. When SAA started flying again, they offered a credit but were only flying internally - no use for us based in the UK! What ensued was a 3 and a half year struggle to get a refund, that Paul from e-Travel has doggedly pursued the entire time, and amazingly managed to secure this week! With travel insurance refusing cover (due to the credit), we'd really lost hope of ever seeing the money again but Paul never gave up, kept us posted on his progress, even if there was none, and reassured us he was still chasing. I cannot thank him enough for his absolutely super-human effort to do this for us. Thank you, Paul! 15/10.
