Order 2149 Eagle Polish 5/9/22 paid for confirmation invoice received however Polish still has not arrived 19/10 after 4 emails to customer support and numerous calls not answered

I have always used your Eagle cleaner…
I have always used your Eagle cleaner and polish for my kitchen. All my kitchen tops and units are German and my work tops are a special finish even my sink is German and is black like the tops. Your cleaner and polish is just perfect for all of it. Thank you.

Item hasn’t been delivered. Sat with Evri (Hermes), items delayed since 0930ish on 1 June. Assume Evri has no service level agreement. No updates, no reason given.

I am very disappointed that you haven't received your order yet - if you had dropped us an email we could have looked into this sooner for you. The Evri system hasn't updated yet and this could be for many reasons in our experience including lost parcel or staff sickness. I will keep an eye on the tracking over the next few days and if there is no change by Thursday 9th June I will resend your order.
Thank you for your patience and I understand how frustrating courier delays can be.

Brilliant Product
We were recommended to use Eagle Solid Surface polish on our kitchen surfaces.
We did, and it’s absolutely brilliant. It is keeping all our surfaces looking like new still after seven years usage.
Would highly recommend.
