I was extremely impressed with the level of assistance I received; the representative handling my enquiry responded very promptly and was very helpful. Haven’t used EMMA Auctions much. My only negative was I wanted to know the delivery charge before I bid on a pallet of slabs but was unable to find out this information. I took a chance and won the lot. From there on Victoria.was very helpful sorting out best price for delivery. Was a small problem but was sorted properly. On a whole with fees and delivery very pleased.

This company is a nightmare to deal with they ignore most of your messages, apon collection the guy on site told us openly they take alot of the good stuff out the pallets and sell them self,There threaten to bill you 3k if you leave them a bad feedback the complete experience with this company is terrible,
