Absolutely horrendous experience. Still waiting for items purchased from months ago. Completly ignore emails .Bought another item as just putting it down to a bad experience and still no sign of getting that item. Ignored emails again and no sign of delivery after requesting delivery invoice multiple times. This company is happy to take your money but wont deliver the goods. If it hasnt happened to you yet it soon will. Customer service is non existant. UPDATE 29/06/26.. Still no contact of any kind. Last item purchased still no e.mails except once after months later asking for inflated delivery cost. Like im going to risk paying delivery that late when thats exactly what they did the last time and kept my money and nothing. Even after seeing this post and saying they reply to emails etc etc. lies lies lies. I think they want this post removed. Absolutely Disgusting Service. Dont waste your time and lost revenue on this company. They have cost me money. And lost me money. Still no contact or resolution. TRY EMAILING AND I WILL ANSWER INSTEAD OF TRYING TO GET MY POST REMOVED. I HAVE EVERY EMAIL SENT AND I WONT LEAVE THIS. WHY SHOULD I ???

I bought a quality product for a very good price. EAMA were faultless in their pricing,Communication and efficiency in making sure I received that product in good time.

I was frustrated not to receive my parcels by now but after dealing with your team found out I had neglected to put a reference number down on the delivery payment they sorted me out professionally and quickly even organising a refund for the delivery which I had paid twice for great work quick response and quickly resolution of the problem thank you

This auction house is by far the best for customer services and accurate description of lots in the sales. Some Companies do not inform the buyer of any issues with goods unlike EAMA.

Praising fast service.

I submitted an initial bid for a shipping container before looking a bit closer at the photos. The same photo of the interior was used for multiple lots. On enquiring I was told that photos are only illustrative. Why bother, I could look at a container ship crossing the Indian Ocean for an "illustraive" photo. This borders on fraud, luckily, my bid was below reserve. Interestingly, the same photo has been used multiple times over the last few months.
