I had an excellent experience with my audiologist Moe. From the very first appointment, he was professional, patient, and genuinely attentive to my concerns.

Excellent service. Best and comprehensive Hearing Test. They really listened to my needs and provided Hearing Aides that fitted my needs perfectly. In fact I put then on the first day I got them and they saw worked brilliantly. I had been to at least three other audiologist this was the absolute best experience and service provided.

The whole process was incredibly easy and convenient, everything was done from home, which made it so much less stressful compared to having to go into a clinic and waiting. I loved that I could speak with a qualified audiologist via telehealth and have my hearing aids delivered quickly, then adjusted remotely to suit me perfectly.

Having had a few other supposed reputable brands and companies, everyone drives past their branches everyday, Ear Doc stands head and shoulders above the supposed best brands. Out of frustration I tried Ear Doc and only wish I hadn't wasted $7800 on the other brands and several hundred dollars on other cheaper advertised brands. Mo and his team were terrific, regular calls to set the aids up to suit me personally, nothing was too difficult, genuine assistance even after I stated i was reticent to go through all of the testing, checks and balances, i had concerns about no actual site visit for tests, fitting etc, these are the absolute best hearing aids I have ever had. This is not a made up review, I am happy to be contacted direct if you like, dont waste you time, effort or money with the other well known companies, Mo and his team are there to genuinely help with hearing loss. Go with Mo and his team, you will not be disappointed.

MyTV link for my hearing aids is now working well but I had to change the device to an earlier model and get my tech-savy sons to set it up. Eardoc very helpful but you need more info on how to use your phone in the set up process and which model of the TV link suits which model hearing aid.

Eardoc has been very prompt with their reply to our queries. Their products have saved a considerable amount of money and they are ready to answer any questions.

It has an echo which makes it awful to listen to the tv. I was contacted by Eardoc who think that it is my hearing aids causing the problem and that they need adjusting. I will update when I next see my audiologist to see if that adjustment gets rid of the echo.

I contacted Eardoc in late December (during holidays) as my mother's hearing aid charger failed and she was unable to hear. Aleksandar went out his way to help find the right replacement and have it delivered as soon as a courier was available to pick it up. Thanks Aleksandar.

I reached out with a few questions about telehealth services as I wasn't sure how it compared to in person appointments. I had a video call with the Audiologist Mo and he explained how the same testing and services could be conducted over the phone by connecting your hearing aids to the hearing aid app. At first a bit skeptical, I went ahead with the remote telehealth program and was pleasantly surprised with how similar it was to an in clinic appointment. The hearing aids were programmed and tuned to suit my lifestyle, and I have access to schedule as many telehealth appointments as I need. I understand how others, like me initially, would be skeptical about telehealth and remote fittings, however I would definitely recommend it as the hearing aids ended up being fitted better than with my previous in-clinic provider.

I’ve purchased hearing aids before, but EarDoc’s method was completely different. Everything was explained clearly, the ordering was simple, and the follow-up happened through a telehealth call. My audiologist adjusted my hearing aids remotely in seconds while I sat at home and drank my coffee.
