They were so helpfull and the guy was lovely on the phone and literally understood my situation and gave me time to complete everything, I couldn’t be more grateful for this test date.

I was really struggling to find a test…
I was really struggling to find a test in Surrey area. Earlycartest helped me get an early test asap. You only pay after they book you the test and once you have received the email which I think is quiet good for my peace of mind The price was reasonable as I know other people charging a lot more. Would give 10⭐️ if I could.

When I signed up for this service I expected communication on a fairly regular basis but your lucky if you get a response within 5 hours sometimes even a full day of waiting for a reply to your questions or about available test days. On the very few occasions when they post available test days I’ve noticed other users commenting about not getting a response to their questions or very unhappy users with this service. In response to this the admins quickly removed the comments. I was told it will take about a week for them to find any available test cancellations but in the time I signed up to another company who offers this same service and I’ve been getting regular emails and communications and within 48 hours they have found a suitable time and date. I reached out to earlycartest to ask about my payment and wanting to cancel this service as non was rendered and I was told to email them. When I emailed, the email bounced back and said it doesn’t exist. I reached out again on WhatsApp and was told that my payment was pending and again told me to email them. So unfortunately I probably won’t get my money back. I definitely don’t recommend this company and if you look at the other negative comments take note! There are plenty of other companies that are reputable and will provide the service that you pay for. And before earlycartest reply this review, I have screenshots of the complaints from other users and evidence of to back up my claims.
AVOID!!!!!
One: you stated I have received a refund-FAULSE
Two: you stated I have received a reply via email-FAULSE
Three: you stated that I have received replies to my questions -FAULSE
Four: you stated that you do not delete comments or questions -FAULSE
I HAVE EVIDENCE OF MY ACCUSATIONS
Also, you stated that customers only pay when a booking takes place. In my case you took payment and haven’t booked/provided a service.

We need to address several false and misleading claims in your review. First of all, your refund of £5.75 has already been issued, and we confirmed this with you. Leaving that out of your review creates a very inaccurate version of events.
You also stated that our email “doesn’t exist,” yet we replied to your message, which proves that is not true. If you experienced a temporary bounce, that does not mean the email is fake and our follow-up response confirms this.
You claimed that we ignored your messages, but we responded to you on WhatsApp and directed you to our support email, which is our standard procedure for cancellations and refunds. Suggesting that we offered no communication is simply incorrect.
You further accused us of deleting negative comments and claimed there are many unhappy users. Our review history clearly shows that we have very few negative reviews, and we do not remove genuine comments. Since you say you have “screenshots,” please send them to support@earlycartest.co.uk
so we can investigate, because unverified accusations are not credible.
You also failed to mention that you were informed that locating availability usually takes 1–2 weeks. Comparing us to another company with different terms, then implying we should have delivered results in 48 hours, is misleading.
Your review contains multiple inaccuracies and misrepresents what actually happened. Your payment has been refunded, your emails have been answered, and your case is now closed. We wish you the best, but we will not allow false statements to go unchallenged.

My driving test slot was booked by EarlyCarTest, and I am genuinely impressed with their service. I had been struggling to find an earlier practical test date, but they managed to secure one for me much sooner than expected. The process was smooth, quick, and completely stress-free.

10/10 Service
I was struggling to find a test date in my local centre for months… i was recommended this service by a friend and have had an amazing experience, they update their whatsapp group frequently with dates. i sent the admin the centres i was looking for and within 2 days he found me a test date and actually called me telling me about the availability which i told him to book.
without this service i wouldn’t have been able to pass my driving test … 10/10

I am very happy with the service I received .I book my test through this company on the recommendation of my instructor .Since my theory test was close to expiring ,I needed an earlier test date .when I contacted the company administrator ,they arranged an earlier test for me as soon as possible and offered it at a very resonable price .I genuinely,appreciate their prompt and helpful service.

This early driving test admin 1 has stolen my money of £182 they have blocked my number and didnt send my refund for a test that hasn't been booked.
