My Sigo Tenor is fabulous, and I appreciate the feedback by The Early Music Shop.
I initially thought that it was playing flat but I was totally wrong ! I had the head unnecessarily pulled out.

As always, the EMS did their best to supply what I was looking for.
The instruments were clearly displayed and the full range was on offer enabling me to make an informed choice.

Arrived promptly. I've had some problems with DHL in the past but everything went smoothly. Kit looks amazing. Lots of info and a year's subscription to the Lute Society. Even a CD enclosed. Now the hard bit starts!

I made a mistake and ordered the wrong recorder but with the help of Alfie from Early Music the mix-up was able to be rectified. The right recorder is now in the post and the wrongly ordered instrument is also in the post being returned. The recorder I ordered is a Terry Mann soprano and the sopranino that I mistakenly ordered was of the most beautiful quality, I am really impressed and cannot wait to get the soprano. Rapid turnaround and posting

I live in the US and was on a search for compositions by the Australian composer, Peggy Glanville-Hicks (20th c., not "Old Music" :-)) Ordering was easy and both Old Music and Royal Mail provided timely updates on shipping progress. The music arrived in perfect shape and a very reasonable amount of time. I wish I could visit the actual store!

My questions were answered ok, there was delay from other supplier

I ordered the ABRSM Piano Level 4 exam book. Their website stated delivery within 7 business days. I purchased it on July 18th, and they shipped it on July 21st. Today is August 9th, and the product is in the US, even though I provided a Montenegro address. When I inquired via email, they said they couldn't issue a refund, only a refund if the product was returned to them. They told me to email Royal Cargo and resolve the issue.

My order was handled instantaneously! Shipment to the US was flawless. Thank you!

helpful Assistant at Snape maltings EMS pointed me to the CD 'The Celtic Harp' although they didnt have it in stock I pointed to your web and with the information given CD SKU OMB 46 purchased Online...very dissapointed when the CD turned out to be sheet music...
