Bought the reusable ear swabs and was surprised to see how cheap the plastic was. Also, the tips started to fall off. Sometime this year, I tried to use Crazy Glue but that didn't work. 2 weeks ago, a tip fell deep insode my ear canal. DO NOT BUY. DANGEROUS PRODUCT.

I ordered in January 2st two reusable swabs, and so far I have not received anything either. The order status has not been updated since 7th April, I contacted them and they told me that they would send me the products and nothing happened. I wrote them again, but no one from customer support contacts me. What can I do? products are paid

Average products for steep prices. Love to support eco friendly companies but not ones whom charge an conversion rate and also a USD rate, with no display of currency rates. I could of bought these items straight from China myself. Poor customer service too, staff got snappy when I questioned prices.

This company is a scam! We purchased their reusable brown lunch bags and they are not only crap (they don’t stay closed, they don’t fold like a normal paper bag — they tuck in, not fold over — they are overpriced for the cheap construction, and they are DIFFERENT DIMENSIONS than advertised! They are not rectangular like a normal paper bag, they are square when they are flat and are very awkward), this company also makes it nearly impossible to make it worthwhile to return it as it has to be on your dime and sent to CANADA (not TX, which is where they claim to be based).

To make matters worse, we had to wait almost 6 weeks for this useless product (we bought 2) to even arrive at our house in the first place! Worst customer service EVER!

Please do not do business with Earthsider. There are plenty of other more reputable green product companies to buy from!

They have a logo on a container about reducing plastic usage, but I received my stuff in a plastic bag...kind of ironic. I did not like how they taped the reusable paper towel...making it difficult to use.

Two stars because I respect their mission, but the shipping was a ridiculously long wait, and the spiky ear cleaners hurt so much that they’re unusable. And I spent, like, $25. That’s a lot of money really.

Beware!!! Do not order from here. Terrible quality. Takes a month to receive your order and the products are crap. Then if you want to return, you must ship the products back to Canada! What a rip off. Please don't waste your money. I thought I was supporting a small business, but they are crooks.

Bad quality things shipped from China. I made the misstake of thinking this was a serious company that cares about the planet, but that is not the case. The items are produced in China, has a poor quality and was delivered with airplane. Really bad, I wish I had never bought anything from this company, I will never do it again.

My order never arrived!!! I emailed the company saying i think my package was lost and they never replied to me.

Update my package finally arrived after 1.5 months.. still unimpressed that they never replied to my emails.

I was so excited to get a set of reusable qtips for Christmas! I am sadly disappointed by their quality... these are horrible for removing makeup (my primary reason for purchasing). The swabs are also ineffective at removing ear debris.
What's most disappointing is that these are marketed as "eco-friendly" from a platform that pushes plastic free options but the small package was shipped from China and was engulfed in plastic packaging. Grenwashing at its finest.

Terrible scam. Not a good product, probably not even from sustainable materials as advertised. Came all the way from China when I thought I was ordering from a US based company. DO NOT BUY.

I wish I'd read the other reviews before I ordered. I thought I was getting eco-friendly products from a U.S.-based company that would source local goods. When my package hadn't arrived weeks later (in time for me to ship out for Christmas), I tracked my order and found out it was still in China (???!!!). That goes against everything we know about how to care for the planet. So disappointed that I was fooled by their marketing into paying MORE than what I would have paid on Etsy for the same things from local artisans. Ugh.

BEWARE PARENTS! Your child could have permanent ear damage if you use their product: reusable ear swab. If only I could leave a negative-star review.
My teen daughter got the silicone tip stuck in her ear because it came off when she was using their stupid product! We are Off to the emergency room right now to get the their product removed! Not only is it a waste of time and I’m going to miss work to take her to the ER but we’re also terrified she’ll have permanent ear damage. This company is totally idiotic! I bought these earswabs for each of my kids for Xmas! I never use Them bc they don’t work very well.

Would not recommend. Their whole schtick is being good for the planet and zero waste and all that, and I'm passionate about that so I ordered biodegradable cotton swabs. Took weeks to arrive, and when they finally did I discovered why - they were shipped from China. Explain to me how that is eco-friendly? Plus I have tried to unsubscribe from the mailing list on three separate occasions, and each time they have claimed it'll take a while to take me off it and continued to send emails. Performative, capitalistic eco-activism at its finest. I will never order again, no matter how many emails they continue to send me.

Absolutely shocking. I ordered from an Australian site only to learn it was coming from China. My order took 6 weeks to arrive and I ordered 2 sets of reusable ear buds. I only received 1 set which came with a warning not to use on the ears. Makes total sense.

I ordered the reusable lids this as a birthday present for someone, making the purchase about 3 weeks before the actual birthday. I did not realize the product was coming from China, and it actually took over 2 months to arrive. I was in contact with representatives from Earthsider, and although they were responsive, they were not helpful. I received the tracking number within maybe a week or two, but it was not activated for at least a month. When it finally arrived, it went to the wrong address (my fault), but the company was no help whatsoever and merely offered their condolences. I thought this product looked amazing, and purchased a set for myself. It took even longer for it to arrive, and I now realize the dish has to be the perfect size in order for the cover to work. If it is a little bigger/smaller, it is not effective. I would not make any further purchases from here and regret the ones I have made.
Additionally, when looking at my credit card, I realized they mistakenly charged my card 2 other times, and then removed them, all without notifying me.

One of the products came from China and took 3 months to arrive. Once arrived found that the fittings to attach to water hose into the toilet fittings were non-standard (did not fit standard plumbing fittings.) My husband went to a hardware store (Lowes) to get one that would work but couldn't find it. Our water fittings are standard and the part's fittings was non-standard.
They did say they would accept the return but I had to send international on my own dime (even though I feel that it was a defective product (not made for the US market). If you plan to buy from this company make sure its something that you would not want to return. The postage was almost as much as the product.

I put in an order May 14th. I understand with covid it's going to take longer but it says my package has been sitting at the last stop since July 6th. Everytime I ask about it I get the same canned response. No one will actually read or respond. Asked for a refund.

This is an odd review to leave because I actually cancelled my order... I didn't realise how long it was going to take to ship so cancelled. I was impressed at the transparency of the company in stating their shipping times and allowing a cancellation option.

I saw some of these reviews and got worried that I might not receive the refund but it came through within days and I found the whole process quick and easy. I think the products look highly useful and if they were shipped locally I'd definitely be keen!

Please stay away from this company ...they are a total mess...they deliver from China.. takes 2 months or more to deliver, if it arrives no customer service
