Unresponsive supplier
They emailed to say iron sulphate dispatched last Thursday. It’s the following Monday and their courier, Yodel, say the goods are still with the supplier. They don’t answer the phone and they haven’t so far responded to email or communication through their website aimed at finding out where our order really is.

If I could give zero stars, I would.
Ordered pet friendly ice melt on 29 December with 48 hour DPD delivery.
It is now 9th January. Since the order was placed, there have been no updates to tracking number, no answer to e mails asking for tracking details, contact form on website throws up a "too full" error and the phone number listed doesn't work.
I have no way to contact them and have now had to order the same thing from Amazon instead and wait for that delivery to arrive, when I really needed it now.
I thought I was helping out a small business, but won't be doing that again.
No idea how I'm going to get my money back.

The parcel was delivered to the wrong…
The parcel was delivered to the wrong address. I asked for the parcel to be redelivered to the correct address and have had no response whatsoever!
I tracked the parcel down myself. You people are useless. Will never use again.

Quick delivery
Quick delivery. Was packed well to avoid any mishaps. Have not tried yet as weather has not been favourable, but sure will do the job required.
