they waste tradesmans time and tell you to leave site untill a price has been accepted! Leaving sewerage over flowing contaminating surrounding ground!
They have no clue how to run emergency situations!

We are deeply concerned and truly sorry to read your review. The issues you describe, especially the health hazard caused by overflowing sewage and the mismanagement of an emergency situation, are completely unacceptable and contrary to all Easefix standards.
There is no excuse for the contamination and time wasted. Safety and swift, correct emergency procedures are our absolute top priority.
We have immediately launched an urgent and comprehensive investigation into the handling of this job to understand why our emergency containment protocols were not followed.

I would recommend the service provided. The communication with the agent, Steve Holmes, was clear and the job he found was within a reasonable timescale as well as within budget. The worker, Jamie, was a good professional - he arrived on time and the job was done promptly up to a good standard.

I did some tiling work for Kash at EaseFix recently and I found him very professional and a pleasure to work with, Kash supplied me with very detailed information regarding the work that needed to be carried out, along with plenty of photos. A price was agreed, the work was completed and I got paid within a week as agreed. EaseFix have continued to forward me plenty of job opportunities since, all supplied with great info and photos. Late payment resolved
I did a couple of jobs for them. Their payment schedule is 2 weeks which they missed I had to chase my payments for the completed jobs. Customer care have now contacted me explaining the situation and have explained the companies steps to improve the problem.
