I should have checked with Trustpilot before ordering from this company! They gave the impression that they were operating from the UK but they actually sent the orders from China. The trainers I ordered were supposed to be wide fit but they were very narrow. The material was also cheap and smelt of chemicals. When I tried to return them I kept getting fobbed off with responses such as: 'pay an extra £4.99 for P&P and we'll send another size and you can gift the current pair to friends or colleagues' or 'we'll waiver the P&P'. Then it was a tiny offering of a refund, around £8, when I'd paid over £30 (inc P&P).

Eventually I managed to claw back £20 and was very surprised to actually see it go back into my account, I thought there is no way I'll get any money back from these shysters!

I actually think the site has gone down now, after they have ripped off dozens of people.

A lesson learnt, I will always check on Trustpilot in the future.

The trainers I bought were specifically for comfort and support. They arrived too late for my holiday, the size was smaller than a typical 6, when I tried to return I was told they had come from China and to return would be as expensive as the product.

I wish I’d looked at Trustpilot before ordering sandals from this site. The sandals which cost £30 are very poor quality, I’ve been offered £8 with no return, or return to China which I pay for with no guarantee of being refunded. My advice don’t think about purchasing anything from them

I made the mistake of thinking they were from Suffolk which is just up the road … I was wrong…. Cheating F@&£!?@ 🤬 took the money and never received the order DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

This company is in China. The website is misleading and would lead you to believe they are based in the U.K.
Returns are to China. The shoes didn’t fit and I’m left with a pair of shoes that I will not able to wear. I received a 50% refund and have learned my lesson. I will not be ordering from unknown companies again.

Do not purchase from this company. As others have mentioned, this company is not based in England, the shoes run too small and are of below average quality. I contacted them to arrange a return and now the email no longer exist nor their website. I have no way of returning the shoes or getting my money back - just don't purchase here in the first place.

They still claim to be based in the UK but to not send returns there. Save yourself trouble and avoid purchasing anything form them.

I ordered wide fitting shoes. They were definitely not wide fitting. Now I don’t see where to return them. The so called email address just bounced back Would not advise to buy from them

This is a SCAM. Do not buy!! Ships from China and not correct sizing!!

As with many other buyers, I have ordered some shoes and they eventually arrive from China. The shoes are too small, and a lot smaller than expected. When requesting a refund we have been offered 1/3 of the original price or we have to ship back to China. They have a registered UK address but say they will not accept returns there.

Spent over £30 on a pair of loafers for my wife. Described as high quality orthopedic comfort shoes.
Ordered a size 8.
The quality is poor, uncomfortable to wear throughout the day and definitely not a size 8 UK.

Had to give one star to get to comment a joke of a company been trying to find an order and sites are down took my money then I found out its not uk based its China tried email and the email address isn't real

Shoes coming from China, not a UK site as suggested. Very small fitting and poor quality but cannot return as email address supplied to request a return bounces back. Scam, avoid.

Described as orthotic shoes and wide fit. Narrowest and worst quality shoes I’ve ever bought. When I complained I was told I had to pay for a return to china, or take £7. The shoes were over £40. Con con con

Misleading and a scam, you cannot refund your product unless the customer pays to China. The company implies their products are made in the UK hence delivered from within. The site in now down as I write this comment.
Appalling behaviour, taking money for people knowing that a refund is near impossible and to the customers expense. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

Misleading website with sizes and no information on delivery shoes came and way too big as US sizes I was not able to return them without cost to myself to china they started to negotiate a refund starting with £4 advising perhaps I could gift them?!
Highly disappointing despite their pleasant responses but a flower emoji doesn’t equate to a refund I’m 50% down after having to accept half a refund with shoes fit for Bigfoot sorry but don’t shop here unless you are certain on the product and intend to keep or you will be out of pocket
Lesson learned for me

Agree with other reviews here that this is a scam website. Do not buy from here! Needs to be taken off the internet. Poor quality shoes from China. Website says no risk buy - 30 day return no questions asked but this is not the case. You have to pay for return to China or receive a partial refund but you have to fight for that!
