This company should not be allowed to operate. It has made me turn to Trustpilot for a review on every online company.
The description of goods is misleading.
The shoes are poorly made, not orthopaedic, unsupporting in some styles.
My order was incomplete, I cannot get reimbursed without percentage offers in leu which I don’t want.
Dreadful, do not believe e the advertising.

Wrong size, wrong shoe which was completely different to the one shown on the website. 20 working days in and still waiting for a refund. Not holding my breath.

BEWARE - these shoes won’t arrive in a box. They will arrive damaged in plastic from overseas of terrible quality. Then when you try to return them, they will not get back to you and give you the runaround and you will never get your money back. This is a terrible company. Do not order from them. I wish I had read reviews on them. This was a waste of money.

I ordered a pair of trainers and despite continually contacting the company the shoes did not arrive nor did a refund.

Expensive men’s sandals £48.95.Looked excellent quality on photograph. Described as quality leather.
Eventually arrived after several weeks!

I was shocked by the poor quality of the shoes I received. They were made from cheap, flimsy material (the pair weighed less than my phone) and looked awful. The edge at the front of the shoe was on a diagonal instead of straight across, the depth at the front was too shallow, yet the back gaped and they were two sizes too small. They looked nothing like the image on the site and I have never seen anything so poorly made ever.
The products come from China, but this is not information that is shared. I would advise all potential purchasers to avoid this site like the plague.

Cheap materials, shoes immediately cancelled sent anyway with no address or means of return and no refund possibility. Don’t use.

I ordered a pair of Recovery Flip Flops, in a UK8, as per the website and size guides. They sent a 40, which is a UK 6 and are now trying to say that it is my error and won't cover the returns and saying they charge a 15% admin fee, so I would only get 85% of my payment back. Absolutely disgusting company to deal with, their USP of "A Small Team Who Actually Care" is an absolute farce. Avoid this company at all costs. I wish I had read the reviews here first.

WARNING DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Very poor quality shoes, poor sizing, cheap materials. Tried to request a return but can’t work out how to do this from the website.

I ordered a pair of sandals from Rowan Shoes that were advertised as “Marley” sandals. When they arrived, I was shocked to find that they were actually branded Hermès, despite not having been advertised to me as Hermès products.

I have no reason to believe that these are genuine Hermès sandals, and I certainly did not knowingly order a Hermès product. I ordered what Rowan Shoes advertised as their “Marley” sandals.

When I complained, I was then faced with the prospect of having to return the sandals to China, despite the way they had been advertised.

After considerable correspondence, Rowan Shoes eventually agreed in writing to give me a 60% refund. Despite repeated chasing and assurances that the refund is being processed, I still have not received my money. Their Customer Support Manager has most recently confirmed that my “agreed 60% refund” has been marked as urgent with their Finance Team — yet I am still waiting.

I consider this completely unacceptable. I am now raising a chargeback with my credit-card provider and reporting the matter to Trading Standards.

Based on my experience, I would urge anyone considering buying from Rowan Shoes to exercise extreme caution.

I will update this review if and when the refund they have already agreed to pay actually reaches my account.

I received the shoes today but I am very disappointed. They are very LOW quality merchadise
This company has UK based address but they are a Chinese business.
I would not buy from them again. Please avoid wasting your money buying from them.

Brutal!!! Scammed again, it's beyond believe these company's posting products that's nothing at all like the ad!!!!! Sick n tired n skint , I will b purchasing from home country retailers from now on.

This company produce cheap shoes and sell via Facebook.
Having received poor fitting shoes I asked to return them. They offered me 40% discount to keep them but if they don't fit why would I keep them!
They instruct that postage is at my expense so to help others I this situation it costs £25 to return 1 pair of shoes.
They have been held by Chinese Customs since 25th August as Rowan refuse to give them information on their own goods.
Total rip off operation. Facebook should not promote vendors like this.

Paid on 14th September. Shoes never arrived. Apparently they are unable to send ang as they are out of stock. Requested a refund. Despite continuous emails saying it will be issued, a month later they still have my money. Do not order from thus company its an absolute SCAM

Awful company and even more awful shoes. I paid £29.00 for so called orthopaedic sandals. When they arrived were the cheapest rubbish shoes you could buy. Selling on Amazon for £11. I asked to return them and got an email asking for photos!!’ Sent that back and emailed a further 4 times asking how to return. In the end I took up a dispute with PayPal. Got my refund and they haven’t asked for the shoes back. Terrible company.

Appalling so called customer service. I have been waiting for a refund since July and keep getting fobbed off . I would never order from them again they

Ordered 2 pairs of orthopedic sandals which took a while to arrive. I wanted 2 pairs, different colours. I received 2 blue pairs. Horrible sandals. Not worth the money. Total con. Taken 2 weeks to try and arrange a refund. Now I am told I can keep the shoes and receive a refund of 25% because of how much it would cost me to return them. I researched the company prior to ordering and it appeared that the head office was in London.

Do not purchase shoes from this company. The quality is terrible and the slides I purchased had marks and imperfections on the straps and heel. The shoes look cheap and the pictures and representations on the website are misleading. Further it is extremely difficult to return items and returns have to be made to China which is expensive and at your own expense.

Absolute con. What arrives is cheap plastic Chinese rubbish that doesn't resemble the pictures or descriptions.
