Really good rates, excellent terminal and superb costumer service. Really took the time to help with everything and Callum did an excellent job getting me set up. 100% would recommend.

If I could put 0 stars I would. BUSINESSES (ESPECIALLY SMALL) DONT DO IT.

Long story short - They called me and I set up and signed into a contract that I wasn’t told was 18 months long. I then changed my mind the next day as it was all too complicated and there were so many hidden fees they didn’t say they had and it’s costing me so much more than just simply using stripe (that I swear by) and they then ignored me until AFTER MY COOLING OFF PERIOD that I didn’t know I had and now I’m signed into a contract I can’t get out of while they take money out every month if I do or don’t use it. It’s not £1 a month… don’t believe them. I get constant messages saying I owe over £80 even though I’ve been signed up for less than a month and not used the terminals at all. They have bad customer service, the complaints team don’t respond and now I’m having to take things further just to give them the terminals back as they won’t tell me where to send it. It’s not worth it. Stripe are so good and simple and from your phone! DO NOT SIGN UP.

Callum was very helpful when setting up my card terminal and we managed to fully complete the process in just 10 minutes! Would 100% recommend this company to anybody looking to take card payments

Made the process easy, very polite and patient.

Spoke to a guy called barry from easypay ( or so i was told)
Was told the card machines where free, no cost, no monthly fee. Just fee for card payments which were lower than sumup. Which I ended up sending back due to the deal been better. Received machines. Constant calls from barry to set up. 2 card transactions taken from the machine of £15. Told funds would be returned to that account within 2 days ( not been refunded) have now received a bill from world pay demanding payment of over £80!!!!!!! They wont be getting a penny out of me. Tried to contact barry ( radio silence) shock! Scam artists.
Do not trust anything they say. Anything to make a sale and rip people off.

Was told the terminal would be £1 a month for 12 months, was also told that I would get help with PCI. Once signed up, no contact from the agent, couldn't get hold of him.

After two months found out there was an additional monthly charge, which I was never told about. Also if the terminal was not used, another additional charge was added. None of this was explained at the start, even it was sold to me as a back up, as i already have terminals!

Would advise everyone to stay away from this company!

Thought I was with easipay but ended up with worldpay who I dislike as they fine you for early cancellation!!!

Megan gave us a 1st class service and explained everything in great detail. Even sending us more information via whats app to help us.

And megan who helped me set it all up over the phone in less than 10 mins .... honestly cannot belive how simple who knowledgeable they are. There not here to rip you of they advise well ... I will be telling other companies I know about easy pay

Perfectly smooth transaction from start to finish. Very easy to deal with, very down to earth, and patient! I have the brain of a sieve and Callum was just brilliant. I can't recommend these guys enough. Thank you and I'm very happy with my terminals. Callum deserves an extra coffee Boss person 😂😂
