I've dealt with a lot of suppliers over the years, and this was among the worst. Before signing anything, I set out clearly what my business required. Despite that, the equipment I received simply didn't fit what I'd asked for.

Things went downhill from there. Callbacks I was told to expect never came, the onboarding was disorganised, and I ended up spending more time chasing them than running my own business.

When I raised these problems, there was no real effort to fix them. The conversation turned instead to what it would cost me to exit the contract. Rather than offering a workable solution, they expected me to pay cancellation charges for a service that hadn't delivered.

I've requested copies of the relevant call recordings and asked for the matter to be properly resolved. So far, all I've had is delay, excuses and nobody willing to take responsibility.

If your business depends on reliable card payments and support that actually responds, I'd advise looking at other options. After this experience, I have no faith in their sales process, their after-sales service or the company as a whole.

The UK has no shortage of payment providers. I only wish I'd gone with a different one.

Excellent customer service from Callum. Was very polite, very helpful and kept me updated throughout the process until we got the card machine delivered. Was very helpful when the machine arrived and walked us through the whole process of getting it set up. The fees are extremely reasonable and accepts most payment methods. Callum needs a raise for his above and beyond customer service.

Contacted out of the blue and questioned about my card payments and then asked why I don't care. Which I don't and told them to never contact again and a week later got another call. Clearly a company that when told can't do as asked and any further contact I will seek recompense. This aggressive nature is probably in their contracts too so avoid.
