Helps with migraine
I have received the ear seeds as a gift. It takes a bit of practice to place them correctly, but once on, they stay on. I suffer from migraines, and it has helped significantly reduce their frequency, and I am definitely taking fewer painkillers during attacks. Also, don’t be surprised if your ear becomes red or sensitive; according to the flow chart, this is absolutely normal and indicates an imbalance in the area of the body (where the seed is placed on the ear). At first, I removed my patch, but after reading the information, I placed a new one on. It will settle down soon enough. Overall, I am very happy and cannot wait to try other products!

Crystal ear seeds fall off
Bought the crystal ear seeds which are lovely but unfortunately the crystal doesn’t stay on longer than a day and you’re left with just a normal seed.

Ear seeds work by stimulating acupressure points, and correct placement is key to getting results. It is also quite common for the first set to have a more subtle effect, with results becoming clearer on the second or third set. We would love the opportunity to help you. Unfortunately like so many others …. I bought 2 boxes of seeds. The boxes clearly state on the back that they contain seeds and an ear map. No maps.
Thank goodness for ChatGPT.
Packaging was excessive. A heck of a lot of cardboard for a tiny slither of product.
Unfortunately I won’t be using again.

I couldn’t use silver because it was to…
I couldn’t use silver because it was to hard to use so husband had to put them on. Next order I brought the gold and they are much easier to use. Also I’m not sure the silver ones worked as well the Gold. Then I see on Facebook you can take the gold ones off and reuse, so why can’t you just leave them on longer? I will be very interested to see what you say.

hello, i just add to pay 30% more of taxes (export) because i live in Brussels .... so in total it is expensive .... if you have a tip ... so i can avoid such taxes ....

I had a great experience with East…
I had a great experience with East Healing. Their acupuncture magnets are easy to use, comfortable to wear, and actually stay in place throughout the day. The quality is excellent, and it’s clear a lot of care goes into their products. Ordering online was simple and delivery was quick. I appreciate having a non-invasive option that fits easily into my daily routine. I’d definitely recommend East Healing to anyone interested in alternative or holistic wellness tools.

Absolutely waste of money
Absolutely waste of money, provide very good packaging for these small tiny dots, they dont provide the tweezers, you have to buy them....for what I spent on this load of rubbish I expected more. Very fiddly due to size, instruction, well you need a second person to put these on, because of how small they are...they didnt work for me or my friend...waste of money.

Don’t bank on getting your refund
Returned two packs as the first pack I had the stickers just turned to goo after a day. Followed all the application guidance. Sent the two packs for return and east healing received these 21/01. Zero correspondence since then, no refund and my emails have been ignored. Won’t be using them again, terrible customer service.
Refund processed an hour after posting this review.
