Katja is a great teacher, with clearly structured classes and regular homework. I really enjoyed working with Katja and I know that my classmates did too.

I started learning German in Jan 2023 but by Feb 2025 I felt I was not progressing with just conversational classes. Then I was introduced to Katja’s courses in Feb 2025. A game changer. The online classes are structured following a course book with homework. The classes are fun and Katja is very encouraging. A mixture of grammar, conversation, reading and writing. I have now passed the A1. Exam (93%) and we are on to A2. I highly recommend Katja’s German classes

I've been learning German with Katja for over a year. Katja's sessions are well structured, well delivered, interactive, with small groups which means real focus on each student. Katja provides effective materials and her course is easy to follow. Katja has integrated examination materials within the course, which has enabled myself and my course colleagues to go into our A1 examination with confidence and deliver top results. I've been learning German with Katja for more than half a year and I can only recommend her! Although I've been living in Germany for a while, I still struggle a lot with the language. Due to where I live and my work schedule, finding a German course to attend in person is extremely difficult, so when I saw Katja's ad I decided to give it a try with online classes. I am so happy I made that decision! Once a week, at a time that fits very well to my schedule, with very well organized and interactive lessons, and a small and fun student group, I am finally seeing an improvement!

I've been studying German with Katja as my instructor on a semi-weekly basis for over 4 years. I started at the B2 level, and with Katja's tutelage I have managed to pass both the Goethe B2 and C1 exams on my first try. We're now focused on the C2 exam and I'm confident that with her help I will have no issue passing the exam.

I particularly like that she's reviewed with us in detail, and explained and practiced elements from the B1 Goethe Institute exam. As an English native speaker eager to learn the German language, I had found it challenging to find a teacher that was able to teach me the language but also have a variety of teaching styles and to make a difficult subject more interesting and fun...that's until I coincidentally came across "Easy German with Katja". I tried out the pilot lesson and I was convinced that Katja was the teacher that I was looking for. I signed up for her classes and never regretted the decision. I had learned so much in a short period than over the last 3 years of attempts with other teachers. She is knowledgeable and has interesting and fun techniques for teaching. She is a patient and a competent teacher. I definitely plan to continue my German language levels with her. I like the pace of the course because it allows me to work and also focus on my language lessons.
