Service plus que parfait!
Le chauffeur nous a contacté en amont ce qui rassure. Il y avait un contact facile avec lui jusqu'au chargement dans le taxi. Une petite friandise pour les enfants avant le départ et tout en regardant l'horaire et la course, il nous a fait une petite visite de Paris. Nous avons de plus gagné 10mn sur l'horaire prévu. Chauffeur très classe, respectueux, agréable et efficace. Véhicule impeccable. Mes enfants étaient ravis et moi encore plus du coup. Service plus que parfait.

Deceptive Business Practices
All I wanted to do was book a table at a restaurant. I believed I was using an app used by the restaurant—Nowhere did I read anything about signing up to a concierge service, which I have no use for.
Today I was charged $49 today for a subscription I was not aware of and have tried to contact them for a refund. I have had no response by email or phone. Incidentally - I find it very strange that a concierge service that purports to offer a personal service fails to answer its phone - on 5 occasions. This seems highly suspicious and am annoyed I am having to waste my time sorting this out.

Misleading and feels like a scam
I booked a taxi in Italy through Easy RSV — no ride ever showed up, and days later they tried to charge me €49 for a monthly subscription I never agreed to. Totally misleading. Avoid this company!
Now they even say you can’t book a taxi outside their “operating hours” after paying the fee. Totally misleading and dishonest. Avoid at all costs!

Where to start...while on holiday abroad I tried to book a taxi this bought search result looked like the local taxis given the size of the island. I requested a taxi it validated my card which I didnt mind given this is common AT NO POINT DID IT MENTION SUBSCIPTION it then said I had to wait 15mins for a taxi which was rubbish as taxi was at the rank there was no app download request or way to cancel . I blocked the payments method and disguarded the Web page.... fast forward 5days they try to bill me 49 euros FOR PROVIDING NOTHING blocked anyway so no issue BUT THERE WAS NO INDICATION OF A SUBSCRITION SERVICE SO FALSE REPRESENTATION NEVER USE IF THE COMPANY IS GENUINE BE UPFRONT AND DONT HIDE YOUR CHARGES.
Let's fast forward again company reply is lies at NO point did I get directed to a website that said subscription based service 4 days later you try to charge my account 49 euro and a day after that send an email confirming my taxi has been reserved ..... which was never the case no was it .....
I dont need a refund as I've already stopped payments and will not be using your service ever.
All I wanted was a taxi your systems are bought answers on google based on specific search criteria, I searched for (the name of the island i was on) Taxis..... simple really, guess who was No1 position ?? Funnily enough not while in the UK, in fact no mention of this service anywhere in normal innthe uk advertising methods, whys that ? surely you would want to build a business yet your help number is London no email chat or cancel request button ever appeared ....nope your scammers end off...

I was trying to book a restaurant and…
I was trying to book a restaurant and this came up. I thought it was the restaurants service I usually use. Had no idea it was a concierge service.
This morning I’ve received welcome emails. I do not want this at all and am within the three days they state is free but their mailbox says itis full and my cancellation email got rejected. Phoning was met with no response on all numbers so I contacted my bank to cancel and reject any payments.
I have since got through and they have cancelled with no question and sent an advice saying this. Beware if all you are trying to do is book a table and inadvertently click with this concierge subscription thing.

Esta web es una estafa. CUIDADO
Esta web es una estafa. No le doy menos estrellas porque no puedo.
Hace unos meses intenté reservar en un restaurante y me salía en la web que para reservarlo había que pagar un céntimo, por lo que lo hice, lo que no sabía era que al pagar ese céntimo iban a estar lucrándose de un dinero que no les pertenece de buena fe ya que no indican en ningún momento que al pagar ese importe estás sometido a una suscripción de 49€ al mes, cosa que me parece desorbitada.
Les exijo que me devuelvan mi dinero de dos meses consecutivos ya que en ningún momento se me pidieron los datos para esa suscripción, sólo para el céntimo de la reserva.
Además, lo que no entiendo es que si tienen tantas quejas de este fraude, explíquenlo y ahorrarnos estos disgustos que hay personas que les cuesta pasar el mes para que ustedes estén lucrándose de nuestro dinero y nos intenten estafar.
