Dont waste your time
I selected to go with the quote provided & was advised when I spoke to them they would email over details straight away. Nothing arrived, I rang again & there was no answer. I contacted them on the online chat, for them to advise the allocated firm PCS legal were no longer taking instruction from them. No offer of an alternative, and I ran another search and the same quote came up, if they werent taking instruction why had they not been removed? Very poor service & communication
Edited 25/7 - odd that easy choice haven’t responded after they attempted to get the review removed immediately.

We initially worked with Easy Choice Conveyancing and were allocated to PCS Legal, but due to our lender's requirements, we were transferred to TQ Law. What a blessing in disguise! TQ Law's service was far superior they were proactive, responsive, and handled our complex case with ease. Easy Choice Conveyancing's flexibility in switching to TQ Law ensured our needs were met. We're extremely satisfied with the outcome and highly recommend their services.

Overall a smooth experience with Easy Choice. We changed lenders after instruction which didn't have our assigned conveyancers on the panel and James happily assigned us a new firm. On occasion they were hard to get hold of but eventually got in contact and everything was completed in good time. It's just a shame every other part of our house purchase didn't go as smoothly!
