Late on the delivery. Over charged me by 2m2. The guys that came on site not polite at all very poor for my experience

This was definitely not an easy concrete service! Pump turned up 1.5hrs earlier than arranged. Then when it got to the arranged time they set the pump up and had to wait another 2 hours for the mixer lorry to come! Then when they finished they tell you you had a lot more concrete than you asked for which was incorrect and charge you loads more on your original card details which they shouldn’t hold! Was told I would get a ring back to sort out over charging but that never happened. Use them at your own risk!

Reasonably punctual, excellent workers with a great attitude who exceeded their required duties and assisted to a high level. Thank you to Love and his colleague

Originally planned for the Friday but the lorry was unable to get back from London. Arrived on Monday morning and everything was fine then.

Cheapest is Not always the best. Similiar to other reviews I have seen. Ordered my quantity of concrete. I have been doing foundations for nearly 10 years now. When delivered they tried to tell me I recieved 11.5m3 instead of my 9m3 order. I still didnt have enough and had to get a second wagon with a minimum charge attached. Will not be using again.

Unclear pricing model, ordered 3 cubic meter for 7.5mx3.5mx100mm, during concrete pour I was told I needed another 3 cubic meter more concrete giving total of 6m. When the charges came through I was also charged extra as they couldn’t fulfil the next delivery they had because the extra I had taken!!! Lesson learnt don’t go for the cheapest quote as you always end up paying more.

I used ECS for my last concrete pour, the guys that came to site seemed like they were new to this they didn’t keep me informed of how much concrete I had used and what was left Untill just ballast was coming through the pump line when questioned the guy said he’d ran out of cement so he obviously didn’t have enough cement on the lorry to mix with the ballast I had to add in and mix in my own cement. I wasn’t happy with this so the guys on site rang there boss who said he would apply some discount and after calling them multiple times I was given £50 refund after spending over £2000 with them. I will never use this company again and would advise anybody against it
