SOLD ME A LASER MACHINE PART YESTERDAY AND HAS TAKEN £1800 AND CLOSED THE COMPANY.

COMPLETE SCAM!

DO NOT! SCAM. Terrible. I can’t give a 0 rating but otherwise I would, or better, a negative. They raised an invoice for a future service on the basis they would not book or undertake a service without payment in advance, in the full knowledge they were going bust. A week after booking, but not paying, they went into administration.

They went into administration yesterday (no notification on Companies House) and we paid the invoice today to secure the booking. No service performed. SCAM.

We will now endeavour to recover the paid monies from the administrator as these monies were paid a the day after entering administration (they should not have been permitted to accept) and in advance of their service visit. If the monies paid are not returned, I would contend it’s tantamount to theft.

AVOID!!!!!!

Company has gone into liquidation. They have several thousands of our money. The CEO Ben has clearly not been transparent on the situation the company is in. We will be taking legal action against the company and director for fraudulent misrepresentation and wrongful trading.

I had a highly disappointing experience with Laser Aid, specifically with their CEO, Ben Jones. After initially receiving a quote for a laser machine, Ben urgently requested an invoice and sent an engineer out, creating the impression that the sale was a priority. However, after this point, all communication completely broke down and the result of this was loss of business and loss of potential leads.

Despite multiple follow-ups via messages and calls, I was ignored entirely. This lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable, especially for a company dealing with high-value equipment. Reliable customer service and transparency are crucial in this industry, and unfortunately, Laser Aid fell far short of expectations.

I would caution anyone considering doing business with this company to be wary of their communication practices and just in general costumer service which I would have thought would be important in subscription for lasers, If this is how they handle potential sales, I can only imagine what after-sales support might look like.

Absolutely avoid!!!

We had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience with Laseraid UK. Initially, they provided us with a quote for a laser machine and requested that we send them a detailed invoice urgently. Following this, they even sent an engineer out, which gave us confidence that they were serious about proceeding with the purchase.

However, after this, communication completely broke down. We have sent over 12+ messages, more than 7 emails, and made multiple calls, yet we have received no meaningful response. Despite speaking with various members of their team, including Taryn and Tim, who have admitted they don’t understand why no one is getting back to us, we remain completely ignored. The CEO, Ben Jones, who we were initially in contact with, has ignored every single message and call, despite previously showing strong interest in completing the deal.

Their repeated apologies and excuses have done nothing to rectify the serious loss of business we have suffered. Due to Ben’s commitment to purchasing the laser, we stopped taking laser clients, only to be left in limbo by Laseraid’s unprofessionalism. This lack of communication and accountability has directly cost us time, money, and business opportunities.

The level of service has been absolutely appalling. It is unacceptable for a company to behave in this manner, showing complete disregard for their customers. We would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with Laseraid UK to think twice—our experience has been nothing short of a waste of time, money, and effort.

Sam and Natalie have been nothing but amazing!! Natalie was an amazing trainer made sure I was confident in all treatments . Sam is amazing at what she does I can’t fault her and how much she has helped me with everything and anything! She really is an asset to laseraid… I’m in love with the Candela laser and I cannot fault Laseraid and there team! Highly recommend to anyone and everyone if you want support and a successful business!

What can i say! Laseraid have literally changed my business 180 degrees! I cannot thank Sam enough, she is worth her weight in gold. Already have two machines from them and cant wait for more. I cannot wait for whats to come. I only wish I have found Sam and laseraid years ago. Thank you so so much

Sam at Laseraid is a mind of information. I am new to the laser hair removal world and Sam's knowledge of laser machines is excellent and her training is easy to follow and understand. Sam has and is so helpful and always at hand with support. I cannot praise Sam or the company more.

What I can say they are just fantastic. All the support I get and education of this company is just amazing. All team are professionals, responsible and fantastic. Would highly recommend and definitely willing to work with Laseraid for many more years.

After lots of research online I found Laseraid, a company that not only rents you a top of the range machine but gives you around the clock support, business success advice & a mechanic that comes out same day when you need them!

I had thorough training with Natalie and I was blown away by her knowledge of laser! Taryn and Sam have been absolutely brilliant with advice when I have needed it and are due to see me for a filming day next week which will be amazing.

It’s not just about the rental of the machine, it’s the full cycle support from all angles that make this company stand out to me.

Natalie is such an amazing trainer, we did the helios machine for tattoo removal and the cynosure for laser rejuvenation. She was patient and made sure to give us all the information we needed. She answered all questions, even the silly ones. She also went as far as getting information cards laminated to make it easier for us as we are a new clinic starting out. She is just such an all round lovely person and so much fun to work with. She makes the training so fun and enjoyable. You have a great employee, she needs a raise. A credit to the company.

We have recently starting renting a machine through this company and I am very impressed so far! The delivery of the machine was very quick and the training we received by Natalie was brilliant! The marketing team has also been such a help, Taryn is very creative with ways to advertise the new treatments we can now offer. Couldn’t recommend this company enough, I look forward to renting more machines from them in the future!

I attended Laseraid UK as a model for laser hair removal. What an amazing piece of equipment. Chelsey was so lovely and really professional booking me in for my treatment. The ladies doing the treatment were very friendly and guided me through each step. Will definitely be going back.

We have just taken on the Preime Dermafacial system and aside from the machine being amazing, we have found Aryan to be fantastic in assisting us every step of the way. Sam our trainer was exceptional, nothing was too much trouble and throughout the day she went above and beyond for us to ensure we were comfortable and informed.
