Key didn't work in lock
Key didn't work in lock. I ended up going to a locksmith and replacing the lock in my toolbox.

I ordered a key to replace lost keys…
I ordered a key to replace lost keys for a gun safe. Initially, I received a key that did not work. after a couple of quick response emails, they discovered I had the reverse keyed lock on the safe EasyKeys immediately sent out the replacement at no charge, which worked great. Thanks so much to your team for the great service!

Customer Service was excellent
Customer Service was excellent. I received the wrong style lock. (Simple mistake when order was pulled. Same part number with a P or S to indicate Pin or Screw.) Customer service handled very quickly for me and had the correct lock shipped.

I took a big chance ordering cabinet…
I took a big chance ordering cabinet keys for these big cabinets at work that were lost or missing for some reason, I ordered the keys from easy keys and they arrived in 3 days and worked perfectly. So, people, if you loose your keys to a cabinet, look at the number stamped on the face of the lock and check out this website. I was blowen away when i discovered this company. Keep up the great work everyone! RUSS L.
