The controller they produce are unbelievably good , i really liked it so much that i had to buy another one , but the delivery service is a bit unfair for a third world country like mine , i have to pay 25 dollars in total due to delivery and customs..

I the easySMX s10 and it was working perfectly but i guess in transit the controller might have got damaged because when the battery died and I tried charging it it wouldn't charge I reached out ti customer service multiple times with no hope until eventually they reached back out to me and fixed it immediately I was sent a coupon code that makes the purchase 10 cents usd and received my new controller within the same day.
Pros - amazing controller the best on the market and I will stand by that statement I would even go to say it is better than the nintendo switch pro controller 2 and it has all the features the nintendo one has plus more and at a better price tmr clicky buttons beautiful rgb programable back buttons and ruble feature amiibo support chat support with the click of one button has a quality feel woth sole weight on it and like I mentioned before it is designed with the customer /gamer in mind very well thought out controller it is in its own caliber honestly.
Cons - none at all only thing I would improve on is customer service and answering in a timely fashion since I did wait a few weeks for an answer but aside from that no problem also another thing is can we get xbox controllers I’ve seen what you guys have done for pc and switch gaming can you do the same for Xbox I would love to purchase a quality controller from you guys that works on xbox we have gamesir but im sure easysmx can do an ever better job on building a quality controllers for us gamers.

It's a good budget controller I personally use the x05 pro but there are issues with the vibration getting weaker over time expected ina controller I guess but not this fast and sticks getting loose

Great controller

I like your controllers and it looks like this one's going to be amazing versus all the other mobile controllers out there. I can tell y'all worked out all the kinks that every other manufacturer never really got right. The red magic 11 pro is a perfect example. Nothing quite works other than this one based on what I've researched and trust me I've owned about 10 controllers and return half of them due to fitment issues with that break of a phone.

Order made on the 14/04, expected to be sent 2 days after(max).
Only was sent on the 21st and because i sent mail.
29th and still no order, still on its way and nothing more.
First and last time buying from easy smx.

Fast delivery and the product matches the description my only complaint is that the motion sensor doesn't seem as good as the ps5 controller
