False charge

As with other reviews I was charged 99 for a service I have not signed you for. I have never even heard of them and have bo notice this charge was coming. I feel very violated especially having looked this up says an app made by women for women. As if women aren't already taken advantage of.

A total scam and rip-off could not cancel, so I had to change the payment information. I did not get anything for my money. I tried to contact them many times, lies in their responses, but I still did not receive anything. I did have eative last year was a good plan and helpful but now I felt scammed

Total scam, we have tried to cancel this subscription for 2 years now, absolute scam. No way to cancel, no way to reach anyone, zero accountability, only thieves.

Canceled back in May

Canceled back in May, called left message and canceled through the app. Found out they continued to charge me. Never received 3 month agreement. Horrible customer service. Tried for first couple of months, lost no weight. Hoping this would work but it did not.

If you are looking to order from JACIVE DONT. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR PRODUCTS YOU ORDERED. AND YOU CANT EVEN CONTACT THEM. I SENT AN EMAIL.
WHEN I GO TO TRACK MY ORDER ENTER THE NUMBER IT DOESN'T EXIST WHEN I HAVE IT RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME.

Quick and Easy Cancellation of Subscription

Wanted to cancel my subscription; not because there was anything wrong with the plan, but due to my lack of commitment to following it.

Entered into chat, via the webpage and the plan was cancelled there and then by a helpful customer service rep.

This journey has been a successful one!

This journey has been a successful one for me and I would recommend this eating plan to anyone. It worked far better than I had expected. I am struggling to follow it at the moment as I am getting a new kitchen installed and have no proper cooking facilities but just as soon as kitchen is finished I will be back following menus. Doing my best under the circumstances to stick to Keto though.

Requested a refund for an auto renewal

Requested a refund for an auto renewal, I cancelled the renewal on the same day it arrived but they declined to refund and so I have escalated to my bank. some of the products they recommend are difficult to source and because of this its impractical.
I'd expect a genuinely reputable company to refund if a service was cancelled at the inception and if you explained that the renewal was not wanted - draw your own conclusion from this response from the "Customer Success Team :

"We want to confirm that:
Your subscription has been canceled, so there will be no additional charges and you will not be billed again.
As your subscription had already been renewed, unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund at this time.

You can reactivate your Eative account anytime, we’d be very happy to help you enhance your healthy lifestyle!

If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us!

It is specified during purchase and in our terms and conditions that our product is sold on a subscription basis, we are really confident in our product and we offer a 90 day refund policy, where we will issue a full refund of your purchase (excluding upsells) if you are not happy with your plan, unfortunately, purchases over 90 days and renewals are not eligible for a refund.

Auto renew without any notification

Companies like these should not exist and the customer support should be ashamed of calling themselves "support". I was charged £33 without any kind of notification. There is no phone support, or at least the company has made it impossible to find one. I contacted them from my phone app and asked them to cancel the membership. they pointed me to the desktop version and then kicked off from the chat. I can't login anymore either to phone app or desktop app. I will be instructing bank to not process any further payments.

Just adds unnecessary stress to otherwise a good day.

Auto Renews Without Notification

Customer service is awful, there is no auto-renewal notification so you don’t get the opportunity to cancel the plan like other subscriptions.

I purchased this plan last year, found some of the menu items difficult to purchase so never used it, didn’t cancel (big mistake) and then it has automatically renewed, I had forgotten that I had purchased this and they take advantage of people forgetting..

I have tried to obtain a refund with no success, they just point you to their terms and conditions so another £59 wasted on something that won’t be used. Make sure you read ALL the terms and conditions prior to purchasing this plan and you if you find it isn’t working for you, you have 90 days to cancel.

Not Honorable

This company was Ketobody and is now called Eative. Have tried to cancel a renewal subscription on the very day it was posted - and requested a refund - and my request was refused although no service was ever received! I should also share that I have been charged $69.00 and I had never used Ketobody let alone Eative. They updated their policy on the very day I challenged them. Big and costly mistake. Steer clear. Not honorable. Be careful.

Rubbish app. They will take the money ongoing without notice. You will need to physically unsubscribe from the web. Be careful.
