Total BS. Same as other review, tried to cancel the day they auto renewed and was told the clock starts 90 days from original subscription for cancelation of annual renewal. No way this is legal. Same “transparency” language in my email. Now saying they canceled future renewals, but how can that be according to their own described practice of needing to cancel within 90 days? Now wasting my time involved and rage to fight. Save yourself. Never did more than glance at worthless “subscription” that was of no interest. Browse the magazines at your grocery checkout abs save yourself $69 and your mental health.

We specify clearly during purchase and on the terms and conditions that you agree when signing up, that all purchases are set to renew automatically.
We offer a cooling off period of 90 days from the initial purchase in case you change your mind or you are not happy with the recipes, unfortunately after that we are not able to issue a refund.

You can still make use of your personalised meal plan until it expires and our nutritionists are always on hand to assist to make your plan more enjoyable.

We do apologise for any inconveniences caused.

SCAM!

I signed up for this a year ago, and was not happy with the service (it felt deceptive), so I cancelled. A year later (this week) I was charged another $70 for an “annual subscription.” I emailed the customer service folks and was told that “transparency was important” to them, and that they cannot refund me my money for a service I cancelled and do not use. Buyer beware! This place is a scam!

During the first 90 days of your initial purchase, you can cancel your subscription anytime through the website on a desktop or by contacting our customer support team by email or chat.

As mentioned during purchase and in our terms and conditions that you accept when joining, it is clearly specified that after 90 days of the initial purchase all sales are final and we are not able to issue a refund.

You can still use your meal plan until it expires and we are more than happy to help you with your meal plan to personalise it even more.

We are sorry that we cannot help you with your refund.

Stay away from this company. I’ve been in contact with the local news as well national news to expose them for the crooks they are. Again, stay away or you will be ripped off.

Disgraceful Company

I bought a one month plan for £12, but wthat became £17 without my knowledge until after payment and they put me on a recurring plan. I only found this out by being suspicious and checking My Subscription.
Quite disgraceful.
The Live Chat said “all our plans are recurring” then they should say that.
I said I would be referring them toTrading Standards and writing to TrustPilot.
They promised to refund my subscription.
Will come back here to repot on progress.

Was not impressed with the diet…

Was not impressed with the diet program. You can get everything the app offers free online. Company attempted to automatically renew another subscription without authorization. I tried to resolve the issue with Keto Eative team to credit charge back to my America Express card with no success. Unfortunately I will need to take further measures to resolve the unauthorized charge. Be careful and check your credit card/banking statements daily!! It’s so unfortunate companies feel they can fraudulently charge credit cards and attempt to run a business.

In regards to the charge, it is specified on our terms and conditions when you sign up that all subscriptions are set to automatically renew, we also offer 90 days cooling off period when you first join with us where we can issue a refund if you are not happy with the product. Unfortunately after 90 days we are unable to issue a refund.

I wrote previously about this product…

I wrote previously about this product that I was charged for another year and tried to get a refund. I wrote them several times and now that I wrote a review they responded to the review to write them. Why??? I’ve written them so many times and all they can say is “ no refund”. I hope everyone stays away from this scammer!!

I also order this in 1/21 Never used it and was charged a year later and told I could get a refund even though I e play to them I never even had access to their website so why was i being charged. No response. MONEY Scam stay away!!!

Watchout for the charges.....

I paid for this service a year in advance believing that it was a one off payment as I hate subscriptions as they are a con. Surprise surprise i got charge a second year yesterday. I only used it for 1 month as I found it clunky and not very good.....

I love this product so much

I love this product so much! I've done many other diets before and I was always giving up because the recipes were super restrictive. In Eative they also offer a lot of support. Their nutritionists are always helpful and they never let me give up
