Käse hat gute Werte und schmeckt gut. Sehr nervig allerdings, dass zwischen den Scheiben keine „Trennblätter“ sind. So klebt der Käse nervig zusammen und die Scheiben gehen sofort kaputt

Update: the product has mould in it. No response from the vendor!!

I ordered £45 products which arrived with ice packs completely melted and bars broken. I provided a video with timestamp showing clearly the condition of the package. As it is dairy product it can not stay unrefrigerated especially on the hottest day of the year (so far).

Got a response from the company saying its ok to consume!! really are you joking as your website says they need to be refrigerated.

I have raised this with my bank and will be raising with food safety standards company as not only the product was damaged the subsequent recommendation is dangerous.

Delivery was sooner than stated. Packaged very well.
Delivery company chosen were also excellent.
Two chick's eggs whites were great.
The Tasty Mature, whilst melts much better than the ordinary protein cheese, doesn't have a cheddar (even mild cheddar) flavour. I find adding some parmesan improves it's flavour.
Good macros though, if you are trying to lower fat intake.

Wish I could give 4.7 stars, since it such a small issue of flavour.

Great tasting cheese without the high calories or fat content. Very quick and efficient delivery in a refrigerated package.

Ordered some grated and solid cheese and it tasted great. For the macros and calories I think is the best cheese you're going to find! Only downside was royal mail messed up the delivery and by the time I got my cheese it was expired. But customer support was very helpful and Matt helped me revive a replacement order which arrived on time!

Terrible product. Cheese slices stuck together so much that it wasn't usable, couldn't even separate with a knife. Dont bother, it all went in the bin.

When my order was delivered, a pack of grated cheese was mouldy. I contacted Eatlean and almost a week later I’ve had no response from them. This isn’t the first time I’ve received mouldy cheese, and I won’t be ordering from them again.

Let’s start with that we actually love the products! It’s great for a diet! We tried some blocks of cheese and crispy bites from the supermarket and were hooked!

But the customer service is terrible.
We ordered a box over two weeks ago and still haven’t received all of the items. We sent by now probably 6 Emails but only received a reply to one message, with a “sorry for the inconvenience” and “we’ll look into it”. And then nothing…
There were 8 items missing and after two weeks still not a proper apology or refund. So we cancelled our subscription.
To be fair most products are cheaper in the supermarket anyway, but the choice of items is a lot less there.
Besides that we found mould in one of the items we did receive, but didn’t even go after that since they never reply anyway.
Very disappointed.

UPDATE:

Cheese finally arrived 12th May covered in MOULD!! Never again will I be using Eatlean.

I placed an order on 25th April. Almost 3 weeks later I still haven’t received the order.

Received a dispatch notification on 28th April then nothing further and Royal Mail kept saying they were awaiting the package.

I’ve contacted customer service twice and Facebook chat and have finally heard back on Friday last week confirming that the order had potentially gone missing a new order would be sent. But days later and still no correspondence confirming it’s been dispatched again.

I’ve tried to be patient considering there was a weekend but still no dispatch notice yesterday or today so I’ve now asked for a full refund so I can purchase some goods with my normal protein provider.

It’s a shame as I have used this company a few years back and all was great not so this time.

I absolutely love the blocks of protein cheese and the grated chilli cheese, perfect for pasta dishes. I ordered 16 blocks as sell by date was 3mths plus. Ordered and delivered quickly. Thanks

Great bundle, fave product is the cheese bites

Selten habe ich so etwas unseriöses erlebt.
Ich habe für über 50 Euro Käse bestellt, nach 10! Tagen war immer noch keine Ware da, nachdem ich eine Mail geschrieben habe, bekam ich als Antwort zurück das die Ware im Depot angeblich nicht eingescannt wurde.
Mir wurde angeboten die Ware erneut zu schicken, ich habe dem zugestimmt. Das war vor einer Woche, bis heute ist weder Ware noch eine Lieferung Ankündigung bei mir angekommen. Ein absolutes Unding.

Geändert am 26.05.26:

Da mich nach einigen Wochen letztendlich das kostenlose Paket erreicht hat ändere ich von 1 Stern auf 3 Sterne. Für das Produkt selbst würde ich sogar 5 Sterne geben, weil es für meine Zwecke absolut perfekt ist, es gibt kein Vergleichbares Produkt am Markt.

Ich würde wirklich gerne wieder bestellen, habe aber neine lust auf Versand ärger.....

Habe am 26.04 mehrere Produkte zum ersten mal bestellt.
Bis heute sind die Produkte nicht geliefert worden.
Nach Email Kontakt gehen sie davon aus das es am 06.05 verschickt wird , laut der APP Shop ist noch nichts passiert ( stand 15 Uhr ) .
Als Entschuldigung da es solange dauert gab es ein 10% code für die nächste Bestellung.
Werde da nie wieder Bestellen , eine Firma die nicht mal den Versand im griff hat , wie soll da die Qualität der Produkte dann sein .
Man kann nicht mal seine Bestellung im shop stornieren , aber der Grund lieg dafür darin weil dann viele ihre Bestellung stornieren würden.
Hoffentlich kommen irgendwann meine bestellen Produkte an, da ich keine Lust habe wegen den betrag zum Anwalt zu fahren um mein Geld zurückzufordern.
Schade aber nicht nochmal

Unfortunately my order has not arrived- ordered on 26th of April and have emailed asking where it is but no response - I spent over £40 - mistakes get made but not responding to emails feels disappointing

Quick delivery, cheese is well packed and includes cold gels (although the package arrived in the afternoon so they were already room temperature). The cheese is super tasty. I've been buying it for years now. My only complaint is that they stopped selling the big packages and to make the delivery worth it, I need to buy 15 of the small ones! Still, the best option in the market for low fat, high protein cheese.

I love eating the Eatlean cheese as a snack, knowing it’s more healthy than eating a chocolate bar and packed with protein.

Decided to give this cheese a try as on a low calorie diet and wanted to add extra protein.
Love the cheese, taste good and the extra protein keeps me full for longer.

As always the price is great and the product is outstanding,and fast delivery.Best cheese product ever.

Tried products a while ago, due to lower fat and carbohydrate content. Now totally converted.
