Buyers BEWARE

Buyers BEWARE. I placed my first order back in January. I happened to check my bank account and saw the total charged was TRIPLE the order I placed. After contacting customer service, there were three boxes of product added to my order I DID NOT order. Although my ‘order’ hadn’t shipped yet, and wouldn’t for days after my request, Shameless would not correct. I was told I would have to wait until the shipment arrives before I could begin a return. Then…the order was split and shipped with different carriers, one of which took WEEKS to arrive. When I finally got all the product on my ‘order’, I contacted customer service again, as instructed, to request a return. I was given a return authorization but also was told their ‘100% satisfaction guarantee and returns accepted policy’ could include a $10 ‘restocking’ fee and I had to pay the return shipping. The 3 huge carnival boxes, I DID NOT ORDER, cost me $28 USPS to ship back. My original order placed was roughly $57, the amount charged was around $157, took weeks to arrive while I’m out an additional $100 for product I didn’t order, and now I’ve spent an additional $30 to return the product and may also have an additional $10 taken out for a restock fee. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING.

Terrible

Made a $200 order on the first of the month a week later a bag with 13 small bags were delivered. Not even half the order . With no updates for weeks until a day ago saying it’ll be delivered on the 19/20. I was giving this candy out at a get together. Well that get together has passed yesterday I’m disappointed with your way of handling things. Terrible service

BUYER BEWARE!!

I tried to change my subscription to different flavors, followed the instructions to generate a password and nothing happened, not in junk mail, nothing no where. tried the live chat. no response. emailed customer service. no response. I've now requested to cancel my subscription due to shady business practices, if not done in 24 hours I will dispute any further charges in order to cancel my subscription.

Deceptive ordering process

Deceptive ordering. I placed a single order and they turned it into a recurring order. Tried to call customer service during business hours but the phone just rang and rang. Finally called my bank and disputed the charge, and put a stop on the merchant so they cannot charge again.
As to product, gummies are made in China. I ate a few but had terrible digestive problems.

Terrible Deceptive Ordering and Service

Very deceptive ordering! They added $100.00 of "something" on top of what I ordered, and I IMMEDIATELY canceled the order. They ignored every email I sent, charged my credit card for over $200.00 after I had canceled, and sent me strange notices like I was a happy customer! Today I get another email from them saying I CAN'T CANCEL, and another email asking if I want to help sell their candy to friends of mine. You can't track orders, Customer Service is non-existent, and they break every rule about on-line Internet ordering. It's been over one week and I think I'm out $200.00 for an order of candy made in China.

Never received product.

Placed an order on 1-5-26 and still have not received. E-mailed several times, all I receive is package in transit. Tracking is useless giving no update. Sad, as I really love the product but won't order again!

Update--went to chat and requested director of customer service. Gave up after an hour with no response! Given up on this company!!

I love these gummies and I am so…

I love these gummies and I am so disappointed with the ordering and customer service aspect if this company. I had part of my order delivered, but there is still a lot missing that never arrived. The tracking number tells me nothing. I have emailed them at least 3-4 times, tried to chat with an agent on their website twice, tried to contact them through their website twice, and finally messaged them on Facebook multiple times. No response in over a week of trying to speak to someone. I really don't understand how their customer service can be so bad. They have a great product and it is a shame that I a never got everything I paid for and will probably never order from them again.

Poor customer service

I ordered several packages on a one-time purchase. I received an email saying I had subscribed monthly. I did not. When I wrote to their customer service asking them to unsubscrbe me, I received no response. I wrote again. Still no response. It has been about 3 weeks since I ordered and I can't even track the order because the tracking number is not highlighted. I am very disappointed in this company and will not order again. Beware!!!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I placed an order in November of 2025. I finally received it in January of 2026. I now receive an email saying I am getting another order. There is no where on the website to cancel the automatic subscription you are set up for when you place an order. Three emails later and still no response from the company. You and penalized if you want to return the product with a 9.95 fee from the company and shipping charge. I would not order from this company AGAIN!!!

Deceptive website and refusal to cancel an order

The way the order process works is very deceptive and tricks you to purchasing more than what you wanted...I was building my cart to see the cost and then after selecting my payment method of PayPal it just charges me with no chance to review my cart. Completely unaware I was already charged their post cart offers are in big lettering to accept and then small print below if you want to decline the offer. I misclicked and and was instantly charged another $86. They also automatically enroll you into a subscription without asking and I only found out about it when I tried to cancel my order ,which they claim they can't cancel even though it was minutes after the order that I requested this. You are lying when you say you can't cancel and just hope we give up because I can see on here and on the better business bureau site that once you get a negative review you, then you finally cancel the order as requested. Maybe I'll remove this review if you make it right.

Trickery Subscription - Don't get fooled too!

This review is mainly for the customer service. The snacks are OK. But I cannot stand a company that tricks you into a subscription. I will never try a product and immediately sign up for a subscription. I want to try the product (which means I need time to do that) and then if I like it well enough I will subscribe. And most likely I will just reorder. Don't trick me by some small print at the bottom saying if you fill blah blah blah out then we will ship and subscribe your account. Not Cool Guys

I’ve bought them from Amazon & they’re so good but I ordered direct & it’s so scammish…. $70 & 10 days later zero response & no order. The replies to the ship are auto replies. This is not cool. If I don’t hear soon I’ll have no choice but to dispute that charge.

This company is terrible

This company is terrible. I was looking online at the snacks and somehow they ordered it. I tried to cancel the order and they would not cancel this I got these today I got four little tiny packages in it cost $60. I am trying to send them back now but it is impossible to get a hold of anybody at this company. I would never order this again ever ever make sure you look at what you're looking at because somehow they just click it and send it to you anyway. I'm trying to return it

Really good, can’t believe it’s sugar free

I’ll be honest, I was expecting digestive upset due to the combo of sugar free + fiber. We’ve all read the sugar free gummy bear reviews on Amazon. These are different. They don’t turn your insides inside out and they don’t taste funky.
I’m not into sour, so I got the watermelon, the cherry and the peach. I’ve tried the watermelon and the cherry so far. I can’t believe it’s sugar free and has a whole day’s worth of fiber.
Kills my afternoon sweet tooth without the post sugar crash. Highly recommended

So sick!

Most expensive candy I ever purchased. Tastes ok. Not the flavors I wanted. Ate the bag and was still hungry. They are gluten-free but not GAS free. Ripped me a new hole in my stomach. I have so much gas I cant leave the house. My stomach cant digest the product. I have stomach pains and cramps and a ton of foul smelling gas. So embarrassing! I want to return the products but not sure if I can get through to customer service. This is what I are today and I am feeling so sick. Hope i can make it to work tomorrow. Keep working on your product. I want nothing to have to do with it. So sick!

THE BIGGEST SCAM & FRAUD EVER

THE BIGGEST SCAM & FRAUD EVER! I went onto their website on January 16th. I put 20 bags in the cart. I clicked on Paypal to pay and before I could even approve the authorization I got a pop up that said "Order Confirmed". OK Fine, as I really did want to try these. On January 19th (MARTIN LUTHER KING DAY), I received a text that my order was shipping with a tracking number. When I clicked on that I was brought to a carrier called Uniuni. All I could see was the label was created, and the carrier was waiting for the package from the company.

Three days (January 22nd) later when I checked, I got the same message. I then emailed customer support asking them where the package was (AFTER I chatted with customer support at Uniuni and was told, the company had not delivered the package, and they did not have it) at 9:43am. I received a response immediately, and by immediately I mean 9:43am message sent, 9:43am message received by them (which I found strange as I am in CST and this company is PST so technically they were not open yet), saying they checked with the carrier and the order is in transit, and again sent me my tracking information. This was after I said in my email that the carrier said they do not have the package.

I responded to their emailing stating that Uniuni did NOT have the package, and requested an update on this. NO RESPONSE. I emailed again on Friday, January 23rd.... STILL NO RESPONSE.

I went onto their website on Saturday January 24th, and yet again submitted another email.... NO RESPONSE.

This morning I called the phone number I had to google because you can't find it on their website and cannot get a hold of anyone. They tell you that if after 90 seconds no one answers you will have to leave a message. First call, no answer, then I hear an automated voice say, "There is no need to keep calling, we have received your message and someone will call you back". WHAT MESSAGE? This was my first call. I leave a message and then begin an online chat. Well it's been an hour now and no one has responded.

I went into my Paypal app for help and saw that I signed up for a REOCCURING CHARGE?!?!?!?! Uhhhhhhhhhh no I did NOT do that. So now I have reported this scam to Paypal, ensured that I will never be charged again, and they are investigating this company!

BOTTOM LINE: If you want to try these.... order from Amazon, but at this point, I will NEVER try them nor order from this company EVER again! They are a SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

Your order was placed on January 16 and the full order shipped on January 19 to xxxxx Chicago, IL 60612 via our carrier UniUni.
UniUni is a newer carrier we’re working with, and their customer-facing tracking updates are still being finalized. While it may appear that only a label was created, the order has in fact shipped. We apologize for the confusion this caused.

We do offer our products through other retailers such as Amazon and Target, and we completely understand if you prefer to purchase through those channels.

We take claims of fraud very seriously and welcome any review by PayPal or other platforms. Our goal is always transparency and resolution, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify this publicly.

Our Customer Service leader has responded to your emails and is actively working to provide a solution that we hope will resolve your concerns.

Same as others got scammed

Same as others. Went to place an order for some items i clicked no to the add ons. Then all of a sudden brought me to the thanks for your order screen with 2 variety packs added on. I DID NOT want them. One contains mango which im allergic to. Ive emailed with no response. Their website and check out is a total scam. Adds things to subscription ( which thank god went and canceled) and also adds on multiple 80+ dollar variety packs. Which i didnt authorize. And offers terrible customer support and no cancel. Didnt take long for them to take over 250 from my bank account.

COMPLETELY ripped off. Upsales came, I declined, yet suddenly my order more than tripled. Someone they subscribed me and plan to charge me $200 again next month! THERE WAS NEVER AN OPPOR TUNITY TO APPROVE THE ORDER even though I was using Paypal. I IMMEDIATELY contacted them the same night and they said it was too late to cancel the order. I write, they do not respond. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE
