Catastrophique. Ils ne protègent jamais les acheteurs contre les vendeurs escrocs. Pore encore ils suppriment vos messages négatifs et ne laissent que les avis positifs pour les vendeurs même si tu leur apporte la preuve de l’escroquerie ils disent qu’ils ne vont rien faire. I think ebay is really good. I've been a customer since 2010s. I sold and purchased many household items - most of which were under $15 shipped and they were good for the price (I won't say the items were the best in the world, but for the price they can't be beat).
The only downside is that the shipping might take a long time. Other customers who are leaving negative reviews should probably look at the merchant reviews first.
Paid $12 to set a reserve on an ad that had 0 views
eBay is after me for $12 for setting a reserve on an item that just wait for it.... RECIEVED 0 views. ZERO. eBay is dead and should not even be legally allowed to take money from people for providing nothing but a place to hide from potential buyers. eBay provides a "buyer protection plan" but holds the right to "deem whether the return is valid", even when it is clearly a fake product... I asked for a return label, they wouldn't provide one, and told me I needed to provide documents from various businesses as to why I needed a return label... I needed to provide photos of the product, box, anything it came in, and anything else. I just felt like they force you to just through SO MANY hoops just to return a product... Their guarantee is honestly anything but a guarantee and I feel pushed out by being made to jump through so many ridiculous hoops and basically told it was my problem. So would I recommend eBay? No. They don't regulate the products on their site what so ever, and they don't back you when you buy a fake product even under their guarantee. So do I think eBay is really just apart of the problem at this point? Yes, yes I do. I'm not one for negative reviews unless hey are truly warranted and in this case, I certainly feel it is. Buyer beware.

J'ai commander un disque d'un vendeur de France. Le prix d'expédition était pas trop cher. Quelques jours plus tard, le vendeur me dit que finalement, l'expédition est 4 fois plus cher que prévus. Il me laisse le choix d'annuler ou de payer la différence. Je décide d'annuler, et aucune réponse du vendeur. Si j'avais choisi de payer la différence, probablement que j'aurais reçu la facture la journée même, parce que quand c'est pour faire de l'argent, ça va mystérieusement plus vite. Je décide de le recontactez 2 jours plus tard pour lui demander quand je vais avoir mon argent, et il me répond que c'est à moi de contactez ebay. Je contacte donc ebay, et ils me disent que seul le vendeur peut annuler une commande. Il me disent juste "communiquer avec le vendeur". Ce que ebay ne comprend pas, c'est que pour que je les contacte eux, c'est parce que le vendeur ne répond pas, justement. Alors me faire dire "communique avec le vendeur" ne sert strictement à rien. Aussi bien enlevez le "service" à la clientèle et écrire : Réponse à toute vos questions "Communiquez avec le vendeur, nous croyons fortement qu'il va finir par répondre. Nous croyons fortement que ce message va vous rassurer et renforcer votre confiance à acheter chez nous". Mon argent est donc dans la poche du vendeur, et je ne recevrais pas mon disque, à cause de l'erreur du vendeur. Et comme les acheteur sont considérer comme des poissons, c'est toujours nous qui payent pour les erreurs des autres. Ebay me déçois beaucoup, je les croyais honnête.
Useless and Incompetent Customer Service - They "adjust" their policies depending on the seller
Ebay's customer service is a joke. They poorly treat loyal customers. Bunch of liars! I had an issue with an accidently closed return - contacted eBay immediately - just apologies in answer - "we cannot do anything, it's against our policies, and other stupid excuses". Called one more time- was advised by CSR to ship the item back to seller at my own expense, and then appeal if the seller won't process the return. Guess what? Another stupid "apologies", pretending that they've never say anything. Needless to say that I've ended up without item, money and completely upset feeling so disrespected. I've been buying on this platform for 5 years, and never had any issues with honest sellers. I will stop doing it from now on as they are promoting and protecting fraudulent sellers! Looks like they don't care about losing customers. Thanks God good sellers have their own stores and websites to buy from.
THE WHOLE LOGISTICS- EBAY-DRIVER-CS UNACCOUNTABLE FOR GROSS ERRORS
I found unique products at ebay and ordered 2 after 4 years of inaction. I never expected the horror story with the delivery company particularly the driver mr N. Singh WHO DELIVERED TO a WRONG HOUSE BUT DID NOT WANT TO COLLABORATE YET I THE BUYER HAVE TO PROVE IT AND DO THE RESEARCH FOR EBAY WHEN I HAVE INFO THAT I CAN SHARE WITH EBAY?
1-I noticed that the delivery notification in inbox but i had no product and the alleged proof of delivery pic was at the wrong house?!
2-I called them , CS, but the driver denied it and said that it was the correct address. The cs does not even try to solve the problem at INTELCOM Express!
3-I contacted the driver and asked for my goods
4-He says he is far and i have to pick up but does not tell me where?!
5-I asked to give me the goods paid for but this Sob driver said t get a refund!?
6- I tried to give a proper complaint to INTELcomexpress but they alleged they did for me?!
7-I email ebay 2-3 times no response
8-i tried to get my refund by PayPal, was sent to eBay?!
9-I tried to get a refund from eBay since it says guaranteed service.
10- I had to send 5 emails before they understooD that i had all the proof that the package was sent to the wrong address, but they did not want the proof they wanted a police report ...OR I DON'T GET REFUNDED????
11-WHY SHOULD I WASTE MY MORE TIME AND HAVE TO GO TO POLICE WHEN I HAVE THE PROOF ALREADY? THIS IS RIDICULOUS. AND I NEED TO PROVE IT THAT I DID IT TO GET MY REFUND WHEN THE PROBLEM IS THIS SOB DRIVER?! WHO WILL PAY ME FOR DOING THEIR INVESTIGATION? This is the regarding shipping times and ebay sellers. Saying you didn't get your item fast enough is not a valid complaint. Ebay sellers mainly use the postal service to ship, if you missed the news or the delay notices ebay provides, there is major shipping delays around the world. Ebay does not provide delivery the sellers do. This is a platform for people to sell there items and hopefully make a very small profit. Did you know when you make a claim that comes out of someone's pocket 100% shipping costs and product ebay has nothing to do with it. Your taking from a neighbour , a senior someones son or daughter . Stop saying ebay service is poor it's the seller you deal with not a corporation.If you want good service buy from sellers in your area and read their feedback, if you bought from overseas thinking it's cheaper then you deserve the 3 month deliver times and poor service, what do you expect it cost 3 dollars shipped free from 5 thousand miles away and it should be there in I a week , good luck with that! Takeaway ebay is a selling platform! Choose your sellers carefully that's why feedback is important. Like several on this site, I have ordered, paid for and never received product. The ebay policy that keeps you waiting before you can file a complaint only adds to the ability for sellers to string you along so that you fail to report non-delivery. That said, ebay Customer Service is harder to get ahold of than the leaders of the free world - you can't make contact with an individual, only an email that leads to a Customer Service Survey. Within the survey you are asked if you would like to be contacted - I repeatedly included phone and email info so that I could be contacted - but to date (10 days afterwards) I have not been contacted. I think that my days of trusting ebay are over. ebay should represent the buyer when they aren't satisfied, no different than any other company who sells products made/distributed through a third party.

The last 6 iteams I have bought I have not received 2 of them and I couldn’t take it to resolution centre because the policy is to wait until the delivery date which sometimes is 4 mints and after 2 months almost you have no access to contact the seeker or feedback the seller and some sellers know after 2 months date you have no control of any access for feedback they purposely make the shipping time 4 months which stop you to give them a feedback or send it to resolution centre.

2 things, first when i was selling things on eBay i have received an invoice of $49.95 (including tax) but for some reason the fee bumped up to $61 randomly (before the fee was due). Two the eBay global shipping program is slower than USPS economy and is so expensive! and my packages are absolutely destroyed and slashed. What a joke! This company is made to rip people off in my opinion

I mean, it's eBay. Your experience (as a buyer) really depends on the seller. Easy checkout, I hope they add options for things like Apple Pay (at least something other than PayPal) soon. Did sell a couple items and it was easy. The PayPal netParcel shipping is way better than the Canada Post calculated shipping because you can get UPS labels for even as low as like 8 dollars. But eBay and PayPal fees do take that small but significant chunk from your sale so calculate your FVF fees before listing to make sure you are getting the profit you want!
“lost in transit” eBay did not refund!
My item was “lost in transit” eBay states they would credit me. Well I’m now in receipt of this item which I no longer need and I have no refund.
eBay is my last resort from now on , buyers beware they will fill your head with promises then you fill in their survey positively on how they handled your claimAnd then you get screwed. Thanks for nothing Eastlake axles and EBay.ca
