Bought a haibike from bike exchange through Alex. The bike arrived in great condition however the gears never shifted properly, the forks didn’t switch between firm and soft and the motor made an awful sound when it applied the torque. Got intouch with them and requested a refund. Alex sent me the price of the bike minus the £105 shipping even though the fault was on there end. After a phone call and being called a lier I managed to get my money back. Never usually the type of guy to send something back as I’ve rather just get it sorted locally without the hassle but when I was a “lier” and the bike was fine. (Which I’m no genius but the bike was far from fine). Review left after I’ve received my full money back as I’m not thick enough to do it without the money.

In response to the review reply, i can provide the exact same videos of the motor rattling noise that apparently they couldn’t replicate when they received it back…. Hmmmm smells fishy.

Must be the easiest and safest way to sell a bike.
Our two bikes were collected on Thursday and the money was in our account the following Tuesday.
Being able to choose a collection date was also super convenient and the carrier was careful to pack the bikes, protecting them with blankets.

As a keen biker, I’ve always found it difficult to part exchange an existing bike for an upgrade. I rang Alex, he gave me a part exchange value against a bike I wanted which was very fair and once agreed the bike was delivered within 48 hours. So great service, great delivery and great price.

I got a great bike from Ebike Exchange, and for a very good price. It had done 190miles, other than some scuffs on the pedals and crank arms, it was in near perfect condition. Less than half new price. I have ridden it for a couple of weeks to check all is good, and it is. I went to the showroom to look at the bike and I was seen straight away and the bike set up for me, a couple of tweaks after a test ride, job done. Thank you, I really love the bike- Thank you.

Ebike Exchange made a decent offer for my old bike. They were very efficient and arranged prompt collection.
As soon as they received the bike, they paid immediately . The whole experience was easy and I would use them again next time rather than the hassle of selling on eBay or marketplace

Went to test ride a couple of bikes. They were both well prepared and in excellent working condition. Choose one only for my wife to then buy the other one. If you want an ebike then they are worth a serious look.

Bought a low mileage HAIBIKE from these guys and it’s a great bike. Virtually as new despite being 5 years old.

I would recommend this place to anyone, having brought a canyon tourque on from them everything was as described and delivery was quick and easy, even on the online appointment they went over the timing of 15 mins to make sure all my questions were answered. They gave me the space I needed to make an informed decision on my purchase.

Only set back was a charger was missed on delivery for the gears. However they were incredible dispatched it that day and arrived quickly. Customer service was on point. Cannot fault them and is a go to place for e-bikes
