Ordered curtains for my sons room, delivery and product were good but came in the incorrect size (not as stated as size split across 2 curtains and not to size) I emailed asking for help and no response in a week. Poor explanation of product and very poor customer service. The bedding seems very good as did the quality of the curtains but everything else about the transaction was poor.

Product came quick and was perfect. Very happy it is well made I will order again.

Great quality material I just messed up on the size. But my kid loves his curtains.

The quality of this product is great I recommend going one size bigger or it will not fit your window. Only complaint you can not reach any customer service if you need them at all.

Custom sized curtains ordered with ease, great seller communication, shipping was faster than normal for an over Pacific order, drapes are a quality production especially for the price.

It took 2 weeks for me to get my order and when it arrived and I HATED it, they wouldn't take it back unless I paid for shipping to CHINA. OMG. NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!!!

So I got the reply below from someone saying how sorry they were about my experience and to contact customer service. So I did. Twice. No one ever responded to me. If I could change my 1 star to 0 stars, I would.

This would have got a 5 Star review IF they would have been absolutely clear that it DID NOT INCLUDE INSERT!!! So basically they sent me a sheet. A very well made sheet, excellent craftsmanship. But nonetheless, this is an extremely expensive sheet!!!

I don't do reviews. But, I felt obligated because of the several lame 1 star reviews this company has. I was a bit nervous when ordering based on previous experience from OTHER companies that seemed similar. I bought 2 Snoopy blackout curtains with fingers crossed. Let me tell you, I could not be happier! These curtains are way better than I expected! They are, in fact, thicker than most curtains I have. They "blackout" so well that I have to use my phone to see if it's AM or PM time vs my analog wall clock. 😂 Yes, it took about 4 weeks to receive but so what? I'm not so overly accustomed to instant gratification that I don't have at least a little bit of patience left for shipping. They also kept me informed the entire time w tracking info. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! ❤

I hate my experience they took forever and was suppose to send a super Mario comforter and only sent the cover with no cotton inside so it looks like a thin sheet I’m not satisfied at all I spent way to much money

Purchased a set of the Mario Nintendo gang curtains. Grandson was so happy with them. They have met all expectations. Delivery was earlier than actual quote. Very pleased!

I purchased a quilt set of Stitch. It is the cutest thing I have ever seen. Everyone who sees it wants to know where I got it. It was delivered in a timely manner and looked just like the picture.
